Eye clinic main campus

Staff was super nice and friendly all around with my 2 yr old. However, the wait time is insane. My appt was at 9 am, and I didn't leave until close till noon. They did let me know, when the appt was scheduled, that it could take up to 3 hrs. However, the lobby had 1 other person besides me in there at the start, and maybe 3 additional when I left. So, I'm leaving 3 stars because an eye appointment should never be 3 hours. I understand they dilated her eyes, but that's 30 mins, so about an hour -hour and half reasonably everything should've been done. They gave me a beeper, once dilation was done to come back to the lobby, however once they alerted us, they didn't see us for another 45 mins again. Also, they have no books, or activity center in the lobby while waiting, which is insane knowing they have long wait times. So, if you're thinking about scheduling with them have the time, snacks, and activities for the kids. Update Aug 2025: I had to return for a FOLLOW UP, not a full exam. My appointment was at 3:30. I did not get seen/called back until 4:30 and then it took another hour to do a follow up ?? Mostly waiting on doctor to come back to the room and not even a doctor a resident. 2 hours appt for a follow up is crazy. The office closed at 4:30. By the time I left at 5:30pm the front desk people were already logged out and home, and there were SO many people just chit chatting in their cubicle area. I have no idea what's going on with this eye clinic because it was not busy and many workers. Absolutely ridiculous and inconsiderate.

I really do not understand why my appt was at 950am and by 11:50am we still have not seen the eye doctor. Have they changed the policy to the longer you wait the more they will bill.your insurance. No one has apologized for the wait time. Mind you I have a 5yr old. This is ridiculous. The service has gone down hill and I am extremely frustrated. Not to mention the eye glasses shop and how often they go through employees and how rude they are. The orders are never done correctly and always have issues with them as well. My day off matters and not to be spent at an eye appointment for 3 hours.

Had a 1:00pm appointment scheduled today with my four-year old son. After four separate examinations and a fifth forthcoming, I decided to leave at 3:50pm as I had become frustrated with the excessive wait time. A 1:00pm appointment should not last three hours! #Unacceptable. My Time Matters

Had to pick up my sons glasses. waiting area was full no one asked if we needed assistance or anything. So we sat down to wait or turn. Another customer walk-in and immediately got service as she walked right by us . 10 min after the fact still no help

I felt rushed !
