Considering the things that needed done to the house I built 28 years ago they gave me an excellent price on the home. I was able to pay off my mortgage and make a down payment on a new build home where I'm moving to.

Everyone at EyE Homes was so kind and thoughtful during a time of great stress. They took care of everything and did the hard work i couldn't during a difficult time. Everyone there treated me with respect, thoughtfulness and treated me like I was family. I highly recommend EyE Homes.

My husband and I sold our home to Eye Homes and it was a pleasant and easy experience. Everyone that I dealt with in the company was so kind and helpful especially Faith. She is the one I was in contact the most but honestly they were are superb.

A few weeks back, I contacted EyE Home in an attempt to sell my house in PA. I didn't have much hope since I'd had my share of negative encounters in the field; I didn't even expect a call back when promised. Boy, was I in for a surprise! I first spoke with Faith - she's professional, courteous, and she cares! She will do her best to work around you, your schedule, and your expectations! Throughout the whole process (which will come to an end this coming week), she has been professional, organized and respectful. As this is chapter is closing, I can't believe how smooth they've made it - from initial call to follow ups, to negotiations, to appointments, documents, availability and willingness to explain anything and finally, to the motivation to see it all complete for all parties involved! They're truly a rare gem! As I got ready to write this review, I learned they're a more complex company that focus on a wide variety of services, not just the act of buying and selling. I'd love to see how they would develop and improve entire municipalities in all the states they currently operate! Finally, I can't recommend them enough and I can't thank them enough for all their help, dedication, knowledge and care! Faith will go above and beyond to help; she has restored my faith in this field (but I doubt there are any companies of this caliber out there!)

My experience with Eye Homes was truly amazing. Faith Dickerson was my first contact with the company and her expertise, patience, loyalty and dedication to the sell of my property was truly a blessing. I highly recommend the Eye Home team to anyone who has a desire to work with the best team of professionals in the Ohio market. I have been divorced from my wife since 2019 and had a land contract on the property since 2017. The Eye Home team had to work with people in four different states, California, Ohio, Florida and Arizona to make this sell happen. Faith brought in May to help coordinate the transaction and bring the Project to Fruition, thank you May. The Eye Home team had to work through numerous challenges, the tenants had abandoned the property and moved to Florida and one of the parties got married, my Exwife had moved to Arizona and we were not speaking. The Eye Home was able to take on this challenge and market, sell, inspect, clear the title and close the sell in 60 days or less. They had to get quit deeds signed from three people in Florida, one person in Arizona and a Warranty Deed in California. And close the transaction in Ohio. The whole process was completed in less than 60 days. I am very grateful for Faith, May and World Class Title for making this sell happen. Thank You again Faith for reaching out to me in September and being patient with me to finally make up my mind and let you work your magic to secure an investor, inspect the property, get quotes, write the offer, contact the parties and get the cooperation of everyone to make this sale happen on this 8th Day of December 2023. And you got me the best offer out of three other companies looking at the property. And you called me back to check on me to see if I had sold the property all the other offers were lower and I thank God for you.
