I had a wonderful experience here at this office from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable the moment I walked in. Each step of the exam was explained to me in detail, which I truly appreciated and found very reassuring. Dr. Shank was wonderful, kind, thorough, and professional. I never felt rushed and felt confident I was in great hands. 10/10 experience and I will definitely be recommending this place to others!

Love the doctors and the whole staff but since Berk eye was sold, the volume of glasses is a joke. I think the dollar store carrys more. The woman who always did the ordering of the inventory is great, she always had a variety in style and price. She has always been very helpful to me selecting glasses and hasn't steered me wrong yet so let her do her job and go back to ordering the merchandise. Hopefully by my visit next year things will have improved or after all these years I might be looking for a different place, or atleast when I go to pick out my glasses.

I loved the entire staff from entrance to exit. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, the young lady who prepped me for my exam with Dr. Shank was the absolute best she laughed at my corny jokes. Dr. Shank was sooo amazing and thorough with everything. I went home and told my sister about my experience and she's gonna reach out to see if she can become a new patient. Thank you to all the staff I encountered from beginning to the end of my visit. You guys rock, see ya next year

My appointment with Berk was great! Jada, who did everything before I saw Dr. Ford, was pleasant and professional. Dr. Ford was easy to talk to and thoroughly explained all of my options. She took her time and helped me arrive at a good choice for my aging eyes!

The Main Street location is showing its age. My doctor Dr. Errington won't even come to that location now. Dr. Anway was nice. The building is old with small rooms and no elevator. It was really hot in there too. I have been going there a long time, but after this last visit, I may start to go somewhere nicer.

Berk Eye Care was really great!! I needed to get a diabetic eye exam, 1st time getting one, and I was able to schedule an appt within a week. All of the staff were courteous and friendly. Dr. Samantha Ford was awesome!! I definitely will make getting my eye exam with Berk Eye Care an annual appointment.
