Although I'm posting a review under my business account, I have to give five stars to Tony and his team at Eyeglass Wearhouse. I actually drove 2 hours from Akron based on a recommendation and the online reviews. I was not disappointed. The selection of frames was very up-to-date, and Tony knew the type of variable-gradient lenses on my current glasses. He matched me up with a similar-but-better type of lens, and after wearing the new glasses now for 3 weeks, I see better than ever! Oh, the pricing is very fair, and actually better than my last pair. Wherever you are, Eyeglass Wearhouse is worth the drive!

These guys are awesome! The prices are amazing and they are so helpful and kind. I stopped by the day before I planned on actually picking out my frames. Tony did all the legwork and research for my insurance before I came back in the next day. He even picked out some frames that would be good with my lenses. The following day when I came in, everything was figured out for insurance and he saved some frames to the side for me, the process was the fastest I've ever gone through purchasing glasses. Eyeglass Warehouse made this purchase so pleasant! The only place I will ever go to again to purchase my glasses. Their customer service is unmatched!! There is not a single question you have that they can't answer. I HIGHLY recommend them!

My daughter's eye glasses broke during the pandemic and she needed a quick pair of glasses. We called around and found The Eyeglass Wearhouse and made an appointment to come in the next day. She found a cute pair for a reasonable price and they were ready in less than 48 hours!!
The gentleman who waited on us wore a mask and sanitized his hands in front of us before he fitted her with glasses. He was very helpful and friendly.

I guess I am late to this party of excellent customer service with reasonably priced options. Went in 15 minutes before closing time and I did not feel rushed in the least bit. Tony had my new glasses ready the next day before noon. Handed him my old crumpled glasses and he patiently hammered them out and provided a replacement piece all at no cost. Only regret I have is not finding this small local business sooner. Thank you!
