Eyes On the Continent

From the beginning of setting up my appointment, till the time i picked up my new pair of glasses, my time, and interaction with everyone their was exceptional. Very clean, and very nice people.

While the prescription was the best I've ever had, my experience with the rude guy who works there overshadowed what should been a 5 star experience. How do you get mad at the customer when you take a month to get their glasses back to them. Right now I wouldn't recommend my seeing eye dog paid them a visit.

Met with Colleen for a contact training session and had a great experience. She was super informative, thorough, courteous, and likable. I learned information and pointers I would not expect to learn from any eye care provider regarding contacts and was impressed with the quality of customer service I recieved. I encountered Juan and met with Dr. Zayes (sp?) in a prior appointment and both were helpful and efficient. I like their selection of frames. The staff here seems to work well together as a team. I think Colleen is a star team member. Highly recommend!!

The only thing I do not like about this eye doctor's. Instead of me just receiving a contact exam only. A worker explained I have to do both. An eye exam and a contact exam. Which some places you don't have to. Apparently they expect you to pay more even if you want the contact exam.

We've been going to this office since 2007 (at that time it was actually at the Continent) and have never had a bad experience. Every doctor I've seen here has been good and they always have frames I like--enough of a selection to have variety, but not so much that it's overwhelming.

Just went for my first visit today. I love this place, the physician and the staff. Their glasses are affordable too! Very convenient location. I look forward to coming here for all of my vision needs.

I tried calling during business hours and got no answer, with multiple attempts, left a message about scheduling an appointment and still did NOT get a return phone call. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, very limited selection, especially for limited income patients. Not a good way to run a business, and REALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Missed my for first visit and it's been downhill from there the second visit didn't even get scheduled so I showed up for nothing the third visit I had my exam but that was a month ago and I still haven't had my glasses I've come back to back for 2 days in the office says it's closed you can't reach the number and at this point I'm wishing they just would have mailed my glasses directly to me
