I just had my first eye exam in a long time, and I'm genuinely impressed with the service I received! They were able to schedule me the same day, and the exam itself was extremely thorough. Dr. Pflueger took his time explaining everything clearly and patiently. He also has a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience much more comfortable.
The receptionist was equally wonderful--thorough, kind, and upfront about what my insurance would cover, which I really appreciated. When it came time to choose frames (as a first-timer who's never needed glasses before), the staff member assisting me was incredibly patient and answered all of my questions. I never felt pressured to pick a certain frame; she was understanding, supportive, and made the process easy.
If you're a first-timer or just looking to establish eye care, I highly recommend Family First Vision!

They gave me time to look without feeling pressured and even communicated with me on a respectful level, not on a level that is just pressuring for a sale.

Everyone is super friendly! The doctor was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Answered all my questions and took his time with me. The ladies up front were extremely helpful in finding a new pair of glasses. Brittany was amazing and I consider her a glasses god with how quickly she found me the perfect pairs that suited my face and my personality. Highly recommended!!
