Family Vision & Eye Care

I went in today for my annual exam and glasses. Every time I arrive here things seem a little hectic, but the staff are great and very accommodating! Expect a few weeks for delivery & pick up, and ask for complementary lens cleaner. Actual rating: 3.85

It takes multiple calls over an over to get thru. I've called an had mine and my daughter's glasses reorder and still haven't received nothing, that was 2 months ago. This place needs a better reception than. Doctor is nice and quick to see tho.

Have been waiting for my glasses to come in its already been three an a half weeks. Doctor I nice and fast. Need someone else answering the phones. Have to call multiple times just to get an answer.

I've been going to this place since before they sold the practice to be family vision and will be finding a new optometrist. I keep getting texts it's time for my annual eye exam, but can't get a hold of anyone over the phone to schedule an appointment. I've tried calling multiple times over 3 days and nothing.

This year I switched to Family Vision & Eye Care after several years of going to a local chain of eye doctors and happy I made the switch. Although the office is in an older outdated strip mall, they do well keeping up the showroom and examination rooms. During my visits, the facilities have been clean and tidy. The office staff is friendly and helpful. They are quick and efficient, and maintain a great attitude. I've experienced two optometrists over my last two visits and both have been appeared to genuinely care about my well-being and did well communicating the details of my visit with me in a way I can understand. I highly recommend visiting Family Vision & Eye Care for your vision checkups.

I have been going to this Eye Doctor for 3+ Years now. My first pair of glasses I got from here have been great and I only had to wait about a week for them (My appointment was on a Tuesday, I got them the following Monday.) I just recently went back last week to update my prescription and get new lenses. The staff is still super friendly and my eye doctor, the little old man the walks around humming, is really such a sweetie.

Friendly staff and was waited on by doctor quickly. But have spent 2+ weeks now trying to contact the office about my glasses and no one ever answers the phone. Have went by 3 times to office and it has been closed during posted open hours. Really disappointed since this is my 4th year going here for eye exams and have never had this type of experience with this office. Very poor service now.

I have been trying to contact this office for the last two months. They don't answer the phone and the mailbox is full. They have a pair of glasses I have yet to pick up and I am concerned to go and do so if they are not open as the location is far from me. I hope they see this and get in contact with me because I am baffled as to why they no longer answer the phone and are unable to be reached completely for months. I have called during office hours so many times. I feel like they went out of business without notice? Concerned and want my glasses. Had good experiences when they were operating, but it's not acceptable for them to close without notice and be completely unavailable.
