Tried this place out and the whole thing felt like just a chance to upsell everything. Starting at the desk they tried to have me pay for additional testing (fine if they would've asked) but they just included it as if it was part of my copay. My exam was so rushed literally took just minutes. Least thorough eye exam I've ever had. Then got my eyes dilated and was sent to look at glasses but I literally couldn't see and never was I asked if I needed any help. After I picked a pair they tried to add on a ton of anti glare etc but again did not ask they just tried to act like that was just the glasses after I already said no thank you! Overall I will not be returning whole thing felt rushed and sloppy.

My first review was not positive however once I spoke to the office manager Mo, she not only listened to me but she remedied the situation. She was able to get me back into the store, had a different doctor relook at my prescription and corrected my contacts and glasses. The staff care about their customers enough to ensure that they leave satisfied. Most importantly is they did not pass judgment, were empathetic, and understanding. Mistakes happen and the staff at Easton Lenscrafter really go above and beyond to fix errors and truly make being a client there a good experience. Thanks Mo!!! I appreciate you and your team!

I had a really good experience with lens crafters today. My previous experiences with customer service- wasn't too great. Everyone was friendly and courteous today. Great example of customer service. Not like I was imposing on them to do their job which was their choice not mine. The Dr was EXCELLENT. I was able to find glasses and frames at a reasonable price. Keep up the good work and I will always be a loyal customer!

Margot was fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable when I had questions around insurance or warranty coverage. She also was extremely helpful when it comes to which glasses looked best on me, and Why. She has a great sense of humor and greatly improved my mood by the time I left.

Excellent customer service! I loved the interaction, felt they really cared about us, very professional. Only thing that kept me from giving five stars was that no one introduced themselves to us. Adding that element would make this particular office top-notch... Will recommend to others and will definitely come back. We were always loyal to SEE and did give anyone else a chance until now. :)
