Grandview Vision Center

They are always on time with and friendly every time I come in for an eye exam. They are very good at explaining everything to me and giving me all my options so I can make informed decisions. They also have a great selection of glasses and sunglasses. They can do prescription lenses for most of their sunglass options too!

My first experience at Grandview Vision Center was great! When you walk in the space is clean and inviting. The staff are all amazing, and welcome you with smiles while being attentive to your needs. I want to thank the staff, and especially Diana who took the time to help me find a pair of glasses. Diana made this process a seamless transition, and was very professional, & courteous. I can be quite indecisive at times so I want to thank Diana, and the staff for their patience with me. I plan on returning for any future needs!

Very good experience. Finding glasses that fit my nose bridge is always a challenge. Christina went above and beyond. Allowed 1 exchange as the first pair did not end up fitting well. Very satisfied with this experience. Would recommend to others. Thank you!

I've been a patient here for the last couple of years and have always had great care, but last week I came in with an abrasion in my eye. I was in lots of pain and so stressed. Dr. Garczyk got me in same day and saw me daily for the rest of the week to check in on it until it fully healed. I've never experienced patient care like this before, and am so happy to have a doctor like her!

I made an appointment and was told that once I got my prescription, they would provide me with an emergency pair of contacts. After completing my exam and paying for it, I was suddenly told I could only get the emergency pair if I ordered contacts through them. That wasn't what was originally communicated. It felt misleading like they just wanted my money without actually helping me. Now I'm stuck with no contacts and out the cost of the exam. Feels like a penny pinching move. I won't be returning.

Our twelve year had an excellent appointment with Dr. Kramer in March! His frames broke yesterday. The front office was eager to help us work on a replacement option today - Christina's efforts saved our family both time and cost!! We are so grateful for generous, considerate care from Grandview Vision Center!

November 2025 update: Grandview Vision is still THE BEST!!! Dr. Kramer is great - she takes time during the appointment to explain everything. I especially love that she helps me understand what's changing in my vision vs last year, and how we check in about my overall eye health. On top of that, the entire staff is truly fantastic. I genuinely look forward to my visits here. I've told them that too LOL!! Whether it's Christina's welcoming face when I walk in (she helped me pick out my first pair of prescription sunglasses in 2024!), catching up with the wonderful Greg on life, glasses, local events (etc.), or seeing Keziah again (who taught me how to use contacts this year!!) - I truly love coming here. Maybe in 2026 I'll get a Grandview Vision tattoo (just kidding). But this place is great - and team, thank you so much for always making me feel so welcomed in your building!!! Review from 2022: The team at Grandview Vision is the best! I first came here in 2019. Every time I go there I leave in a great mood. Dr. Kramer is so kind and thorough. She always makes sure my questions are answered and I love that she tells me exactly what we're doing during each part of the exam. The facility is very clean and all examination tools/ machines are cleaned before you begin anything. I feel safe and clean there - even in a post-ish pandemic environment. Now onto the glasses - they have a great selection of frames and they are very clear about pricing and tell you up front what your specific insurance will cover. More importantly the staff was so supportive in helping me pick the best new frames out for my face. I felt like I had such personalized support and a mini fashion show trying them on. I genuinely trust them to help me pick out the best look for my face shape and personal style. Also - they do text appointment reminders and text when your glasses are ready for pick up. That's a nice plus if it's difficult for you to catch phone calls. If you're looking for a safe, clean, welcoming and fun environment - look no further than Grandview Vision.
