I can't put into words how Dr. DeNaeyer has changed my life. I have severe dry eye due to Sjogren's disease. My life was ruled by how my eyes were doing. I was in pain most days and often cancelled plans because I couldn't see well enough to drive. I looked like a pirate because I would only open one eye at a time to give the other one a break. My vision was poor - even with glasses. After being fitted with scleral lenses, I can see with 20/20 vision! My eyes feel fantastic and I'm no longer worried about having to give up driving or quit my job. I feel like I have my life back again!! Dr. DeNaeyer and Shay were wonderful through the whole process. They took the time to answer all my questions and make sure the contacts were an exact fit. I wish I would have done this years ago!!

Dr. DeNaeyer is an excellent doctor. I meet him as a result of having tried all other options for my dry eye condition. He fitted me with scleral contacts that have literally changed my quality of life. My eyes would dictate what I did on a day to day basis. With these contacts I can go about my day without having to be concerned with how many times I was putting drops in my eyes or if I could read , drive, or watch tv without them burning. His office has always been friendly and on time. When I had questions all I needed to do is pick up the phone. I would highly recommend Dr. DeNaeyer and the scleral contacts if dry eyes are an issue.

Dr. DeNaeyer is fantastic. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who is struggling with dry eyes. I have suffered with this condition for over 25 years and scleral lenses he fitted me for have been a game changer. At first, I was put off by the cost, but knowing what I now know, I would have paid twice the amount for the relief they have brought me. You owe it to yourself to get the relief you deserve. Go see him.

I have worn sclera lenses for over four years. I got them when I lived in another state. I worked with two different optometrist there who fit my lenses, but my eyes were always red and quite irritated at the end of the day. I recently moved to the Columbus area and saw an optometrist who referred me to Dr. DeNaeyer. He fit me with lenses that have never irritated my eyes! I am 100% satisfied. He is an expert in sclera lenses. I highly recommend him to sclera lens wearers. He is knowledgeable, personable, and explains things well.

Dr. DeNaeyer, at Arena Eye Surgeons, is AMAZING. He was so caring and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the process of being fitted for the scleral lens. Today during the pickup process, he took the time to explain everything to me and train me on how to care for and remove and put in the lens. I have not had vision since March 2020 following my cornea transplant AND TODAY I AM SEEING WITH 20/20 with the lens. I am so excited like Christmas day!! It is a little irritated from getting used to it and might need an adjustment at my next appointment but I am percent happy and excited to begin living life again!!!

This is a real 5 star review. I was really apprehensive about going through another scleral fit process. But he assured me this would be different with new technology. His calming manor made each appointment process great and easy. Appointments were much shorter with the new tech. The new latitude scleral contacts are amazingly comfortable and would recommend them to anyone who has highly irregular corneas and other issues that would require a Scleral contact. He will take the time to answer all your questions in the office and does not make you feel rushed. Thanks so much for the game changing contacts
