I was sure I was changing Dr.'s before my second appt, however, I was able to look past his brusk behavior and see he was trying to help me get my prescription issue corrected. One prescription through OptumRX was approx $800 and I made several attempts to get some other prescription or get to the Dr., including coming in, to no avail. I wish I didn't need to make another follow up 10 week appt, but I ended up picking up my newest prescription thanks to him and he explained GoodRX helped me get it much cheaper. He also explained more info so despite the 2 1/2 hours at E. Broad St.. I'm not sure if it was the pretty assistant that came in with him, or he was just in a better mood, but for now, I'm staying.

It's not my first visit to that clinic but it was my first visit with Dr McHale. My old doctor retired earlier this year and I was a bit anxious about having a new one. When you like someone, it's always hard to switch. BUT I was gladly surprised. Dr McHale was super kind and made me feel at ease starting the moment he walked in until the time he left. He even explained things I did not know yet after so many years. I would really recommend both the clinic AND dr McHale without hesitation.

Thanks to Dr. McHalefor taking such great care of me. He has given me perfect eyesight, and follows upon my eye issues. He explains everything in terms i understand It is truly a blessing to have a doctor to put your complete confidence in. Thank you, John May

Dr McHale is FANTASTIC! He took the time to assure me I had nothing to worry about with my cataract removal/lens replacement and he was spot on!!! Great sense of humor. I've already recommended him to several people.

I usually go to the Dublin office. I found the east location at Mount Carmel East to be as friendly and pleasant as the Dublin office. Dr. McHale is always like a personal friend! A positive experience as always!

Dr McHale and the staff were excellent. They were very professional, efficient and thorough. I liked how they explained what they were doing and answered all of my questions. It was a good experience.

Very professional staff. Everyone was wonderful, they explained everything to me concerning my cataracts very clearly, answering my concerns and questions as well as my options for choosing the best lens for my situation; and Dr. McHale MD was great! I felt very comfortable with his prognosis and best course of action for correcting my particular situation! I would highly recommend this place and Dr. McHale MD.
