Love this office. I have been going to Doctor Jones for decades and love his work. His expertise is top-notch. He is efficient, thorough, & caring. He does the best job of explaining what is going on with your eyes and any follow up that might need to be done. He hires the absolute best staff. They make it fun to pick out frames for glasses and sunglasses. They do an excellent job in matching a face and coloring to the right shape and size in frames. I have had some special issues with my eyes and I always feel confident that Dr Jones will resolve any problems and issues completely. The communication in this office is excellent and their caring focus on patient care is extraordinary. I highly recommend this practice!!

Dr. Jones is remarkable. He is an experienced doctor for whom I have the utmost respect & trust.
During exams he explains things in great detail and uses props to help his patient understand what he is describing.
Sometimes a doctor will seem in a hurry to get to his next patient, but Dr. Jones has never made that impression. He truly cares about the people who visit.

Dr Jones knows his stuff, no question. But I really need to shout out the staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I went in for an adjustment on my glasses, and in 10 minutes they were right as rain, despite my and others attempts to fix them that only worsened the problem.

Out of all of the optometrist offices I've been to across the country, I'd have to say that this one is the best! Dr. Jones was efficient in his testing, listened to my concerns when my prescription needed to be adjusted, and even offered a secondary adjustment if the glasses were too strong after two weeks of usage. The technicians (or whatever their titles are) at the front were also very helpful in helping me select my frames, as I have a more selective taste with how I like them. Overall, a truly fantastic experience!

I cannot speak of Dr. Jones and his staff unless it is to use superlatives! The most caring, considerate people in that profession. I've been a patient for 2 years; I've had scheduled and emergency visits and never felt rushed. As a physician myself, I am very particular in what I expect from a colleague and his/her staff. Matt and his staff always make me feel welcome and important to their practice; my questions are consistently answered to my full satisfaction.

Dr. Jones is an excellent O.D. who truly cares about his patients. My wife has gone to him for years and finally got me to go to him when I had an eye incident over a holiday weekend. Dr. Jones came in and opened the office just for me. I'll be visiting again for a regular visit in November and look forward to it.

Dr. Jones is a great OD, but I'd never buy glasses from him again. At least a few on his "sales" staff are consistently unpleasant. Frames and lenses from his place are totally overpriced and in my experience lenses were poorly cut so they were prone to falling out though I kept tightening the screws that held them in. I got my last prescription from Dr Jones and got wonderful new lenses from Walmart for less than half that Jones was charging (with all the fixin's like transition, anti-glare/UV, anti-scratch, etc.), and they fit perfectly into my existing frame - never a problem. I'll do it all at Walmart from here on out.
