If you want the BEST possible customer service and patience like no other, go see Robert Harding at this location in Polaris Mall, just down a few shops from Macy's on the upper level! I had a tray full of possible frames I liked, and Robert kept checking on me, in a good way, not the annoying way where a salesman won't leave you alone. Once I'd decided I was going to get 3 pairs, he really helped me find the best deal that fit my budget. I didn't feel rushed at all. He is honest, and professional! Thank you, Robert! I appreciated your time today--Keep up the great customer service!!

Had a great experience with the in-house optometrist as well as the LensCrafters store. They determined that I've been in the wrong prescription for years! I'm not returning to my previous optometrist ever again. They're boutique.. WAY too expensive, and their cheapest frames cost me nearly $1,000! LensCrafters made me 2 very classy pairs of glasses, in my new prescription, for less than $800, and I've never seen better!! Thank you to everyone there for your expertise and knowledgeable kind service. I'm sending my whole family there next!

Honestly, I have no complaints with the staff and their function but if you have a billing question, YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE. I have been calling for months-no answer to messages, no return phone call and when they answer and you ask your question, they will hang up on you. I wish I'd read these reviews before going there. I feel my only option is just to pay this bill even though I feel my insurance was not applied correctly. I don't want my credit affected by their negligence and extremely poor customer service.

All of the opticians were kind and extremely knowledgeable especially Nehemiah Roman. His attention to detail to make sure that I received the correct prescription and the best pair of glasses for my facial shape was a bonus.
