Appreciation for Exceptional Kindness I'm so sorry I didn't ask her name, but I hope this message finds its way to her. My husband and I had just come from a difficult doctor's appointment where I didn't receive the best news. Emotionally drained, the last thing I needed was another problem -- but of course, that's when my (LensCrafters-purchased) glasses decided their screws were done holding on, and they started falling off my face. When we walked into the Lane Ave location, this employee welcomed us with genuine warmth. She greeted us immediately, gave us her full attention, and repaired my glasses with such care. She mentioned she had been with LensCrafters for over 30 years, and honestly, it showed -- not just in skill, but in heart. We live much closer to the Taylor Road location (256), but after the kindness she showed us, I will absolutely return to Lane Ave when it's time to replace my lenses. A previous experience with a gentleman at 256 had turned me off from LensCrafters for years, and I'd been procrastinating ever since. She changed that in minutes. If you read this -- thank you. Thank you for your humanity, your gentleness, and the love you shared with two strangers on a day when we truly needed it. P.S. Charlie was the most helpful optician I've worked! He picked out two great pairs for me and got the most out of my insurance benefits. 1000% recommend!

This was my first time visiting LensCrafters, and I had such a great experience. Everyone in the office was pleasant, kind, and welcoming. Ryan helped me pick out my glasses and was incredibly informative, answering all of my questions with patience. He has an amazing eye for choosing frames that fit my face shape, and I appreciated his help so much. I highly recommend coming to this location and seeing Ryan!

Excellent professional experience. Recently I bought glasses elsewhere due to insurance and proximity to home. While the are fine the adjustment to fit are way off. Which means on Thursday 1-5-2026 I travelled across town to have the one very problematic pair adjusted. WOW is the word for the service that Joanne provided in understanding the situation and providing me with an excellent adjustment. A real experienced expert. Thanks.

Joanna was amazing! She helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses while delivering the highest level of customer service. From the moment I walked in, to when I left, my experience was wonderful. The staff were so nice!

Received help fairly quickly to start picking frames. Riley was then very helpful to pick out frame choice from the ones I liked. She explained lens, insurance, etc very well. Nice store and staff. Definitely recommend.

I had an overall positive experience with the staff at LensCrafters on Lane Ave, in Columbus, Ohio. What was the Greatest pleasure of mine, was an Optician named Joanna taking care of me! She took the time to make sure that I had the glasses that were perfect for me. She didn't have to upsale me because she explained exactly, what I needed, and wanted in the perfect pair of glasses. I would HIGHLY recommend Joanna to be named "Employee of the Year!" Bravo!

Lyn was an absolutely phenomenal person to work with!! I have only positive things to say. She was highly compassionate and incredibly helpful. I felt very taken care of and she was able to answer all my questions and provided many efficient recommendations. I highly recommend this location!!
