I had an excellent experience with Grace Vision Eyecare Easton during my eye exam on December 30th.
Dr. Brittany Morettin, OD was fantastic. She was professional, skilled, and very personable throughout the entire visit. She efficiently walked me through each step of the exam, clearly explaining the results along the way and putting me at ease. She was patient during the exam itself and took the time to zero in on an accurate prescription.
Dr. Morettin noticed that my right eye had shifted slightly and recommended an adjustment to my prescription, which gave me a lot of confidence in the thoroughness and care she brings to her work.
The entire appointment took less than 30 minutes from check-in to walking out the door, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Morettin and Grace Vision Eyecare Easton to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and genuinely positive eye care experience.

Yesterday, I had an exceptional experience at LensCrafters inside Macy's. I visited hoping to get assistance with removing lenses from my son's new frames that I purchased online, as I was struggling to do it myself. I was greeted by an amazing gentleman named Josh, who listened patiently to my issue and immediately offered his help.
Josh explained that there was a risk of damaging the frames during the process, but I trusted his expertise and gave him the go-ahead. In less than five minutes, he successfully removed my son's lenses from the new frame and replaced them with the prescription lenses, at no charge. He even cleaned the lenses before handing them back to me. The entire interaction was quick, professional, and stress-free.
Josh's customer service was magnificent. He demonstrated skill, efficiency, and genuine care for the customer experience. If I could, I'd give him a raise! LensCrafters is lucky to have such a dedicated team member.

This is a great place! This was the first time that my daughter and I had come and neither one of us were disappointed. From the moment that we walked and were acknowledged, to the ladies at the check-in counter, the eye Doctor and everyone else we encountered, this was a great experience. This appointment was for my teenage daughter. She even said herself that everyone was so nice. We will continue to come here.

Dr. Larsen with Grace Vision Eyecare located inside of the Easton LensCrafters was so helpful and informative. She was very personable as well. Roberto was super helpful and so was the young woman who helped with my pre-exam. I just didn't get her name. The remodel is also beautiful, it's a nice experience. I definitely recommend.

When scheduling my appointment, I specifically asked whether the office accepted Humana insurance and was told that they did. Based on that confirmation, I proceeded with booking the appointment.
However, upon arriving on the day of the appointment, I noticed a sign by the entrance listing accepted insurance providers--Humana was included on that list. I've attached a photo of the sign for reference. Despite this, when I checked in, the front desk staff informed me that they do not accept Humana and requested payment out of pocket.
This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially given that I had taken steps to confirm insurance acceptance in advance. Additionally, the staff member I interacted with was dismissive of my concerns and made no effort to assist or explain the discrepancy. I left feeling unwelcome and concerned that I may have been treated unfairly, possibly due to my race and the fact that I had my child with me.
I hope this matter will be looked into seriously, as no patient should be made to feel this way.

Very HIGh priced!!! They know what your insurance will pay and tack on my charges to get you out of pocket. Waste of time! Was quoted at $892 for a pair of plastic glasses and another place was $545 without insurance. Save yourself the trip. Go elsewhere! Workers are the issue it's the Corporate greed!
