One thing to consider is having some appetizers for customers like cookies and coffee, water, and snacks. This would really be appreciated with long awaited times during high peaks of the day.

The absolute best customer service and work done to deliver to me an outstanding outcome that I couldn't find anywhere else! I had a pair of glasses that were truly unruly and I found Miss Esther and straightaway she did an above and beyond to accommodate my new frames with my lenses with all she had. She explained my options and I entrusted her to hold my glasses and she called me the next day and was able to work it out and replace my lenses into the new frames without any issue to my frame or lenses. She told me she was for the challenge and was happy to help me and being that my frames were only a few months old I chose to donate them to their charity. I feel that if this Lens Crafter have people with such a passion to help me without worrying about a fee I too could help them by giving back also to their cause. Miss Esther I appreciate all you did and do as a manager you set a fine example of what true leadership is all about!

I normally don't write reviews but with my experience I had to! Everyone was so nice from the minute I walked in. I would especially like to thank Robert! He helped me get a good deal on my eyeglasses and a prescription sunglasses for a comfortable price! This is my second time going to Len's Crafters. Although they can be a little pricey the salesperson can always help give you a more affordable price. Highly recommend this place!
