Med West Eyecare

I've been coming here for five years and I always wanted to give a review, but it always slipped my mind. But I have to specifically name Kortney and Kaylan for helping me with my glasses recently. I bought a pair of frames and they just were not working and these two went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and even got me a new set of frames no charge. Everybody in this office from reception to the doctors are phenomenal. Highly recommend them. They care about their patients and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Thank you guys all again.

I have gotten many eye exams here over the past years. Each time it has good. The doctor is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The staff has also been friendly and helpful.

Med West Eyecare is an excellent place for your optic care needs. The building is clean and well cared for. The waiting room is set up for a comfortable wait for the doctors. The area selling glasses is large and offers many designers frames along with reasonably priced frames. Dr Rule was perfessional and willing answered all questions with patience. Highly recommend dealing with this eye care center!

Scheduling for my family of 6 was convenient and quick. Front office was friendly and efficient. Dr. Rule is an incredible doctor, very knowledgable and kind. Great with my kids! Thankful that we found her!

All the staff are friendly, and getting my eyes checked went smoothly. No concerns. I like that they clean equipment especially because it all involves putting your eye / face directly where someone else's just was. But honestly, I am here to shout out Kourtney for helping me pick the most perfect, eyeglasses for the third year. Yes, I can buy glasses directly online but I don't want to virtually try on something I wear everyday. When I first met her, I told her I wanted the glasses no one else wanted. For added context, I said, think "Edna" from Incredibles or something dramatic, yet fashionable. She understood the assignment. And now that I've worked with her a few times she already knows what I like. She's patient too. And also makes suggestions on how to get glasses to better fit if I like them. For example, the pair I liked this year didn't have a lower frame because they have a floating look. I told her I loved them, but wasn't going to get them because I didn't want my makeup on them all the time. And she said she could adjust the nose pads to pull them away from my face a bit. *chefs kiss*. I appreciate you Kourtney.

I have seen Dr. Chitkara twice, and I have been very happy with my eye exam and the results. Julie and Courtney were a big help picking out and fitting my glasses.

Dr. Kesslar is truly the best eye doctor I have ever had. She is thorough in her examination and very attentive. I never feel rushed and she does a great job explaining everything. I genuinely look forward to my annual eye exam thanks to Dr. Kesslar and the great office staff. Highly recommend!

Quality is excellent. Friendly staff, visits are very comfortable. Their doctors are very thorough. If I'm early, sometimes they take me early. I have no complaints with Med West.
