Very unprofessional group who can't seem to get it together. To start, I was not thrilled with the way they handled my daughter who was two at the time she received her eye. Which would have earned a 3 star review....but their billing and customer service are atrocious. They messed up when attempting to bill our insurance. Then refused to fix their mistake or make it right and kept telling us that we were responsible. Even when we went to our insurance who gave them a way to correct their mistake, they still refused and then threatened to sue us. They were very nasty with my wife over the phone when she was trying to resolve the issue. We will never come here again.
