Success! Dr. Sims was my Biology student 15 years ago. Now, she and her team have become the sole caretakers of my eyes! She is the brightest eye doctor on the planet, and excels in patient care. Of course, I might be slightly biased. The customer service is second to none, and the vision exam was both streamlined and professional. Special shoutout & huge thank you to Taylor, Rob, Jan and Hope! I 100% recommends Northwest Vision Center! Please swing by when you have a minute to at least check it out!

Dr Min, @ the W Henderson Rd, location is amazing!!! I appreciate his knowledge & thoroughness! Kaitlin is very nice as well and great as well! Thank you Dr. Min & Kaitlin! On the other hand, whoever the manager is, maybe her name is Katie, (unsure) however, we are talking about the W. Henderson location. Needless to say, the manager is atrocious! She is quite rude in fact! I have spoken with her on the phone and she was off putting, and I have seen and dealt with her in person and she was even worse, wow! All that I have to say is no, thank you, for her presence! I was absolutely flabbergasted when I found out that she was the manager, unbelievable! Perhaps, someone could provide Customer Service classes so that she knows how to speak to patients and be nice. In my humble opinion, people like her (the manager) should be working at UPS or somewhere in a warehouse working with boxes 's since she doesn't know how to treat patients or have customer service skills. I will have to make a sound decision on if I will return on not based on that manager being the front of the business. I have NO desire to talk to her at all! I am not fond of rude people, especially when it comes to customer service or lack thereof.

I can .. see why one might choose to go to northwest vision center. it is ...clearly a nice outfit. I was impressed with the level of tooling at the facility and a fine set of folks that were enjoyable and helpful. Nice set of frames to choose from as well! 20/20 would go back to get my eyes checked ;)

I had such a positive experience at Northwest Vision. All the staff were so helpful and kind. I hadn't had my eyes looked at in a few years and it was great to have people work so hard to get me an updated prescription. The whole experience was very stress-free and easy! Dr. Sims was possibly the nicest and happiest person I've ever met. She's so great! It was also wonderful to be helped with ordering contacts after the exam. Such an easy process. Can't wait to continue to use Northwest Vision as my primary eye care.

I am a new patient at Northwest Vision Center and recently had my first visit. Everyone, from the front desk team, to the vision care team, was so kind and welcoming. My appointment was thorough and efficient. I was especially impressed by all the technology they have - never seen anything like that! Dr. Sims was fantastic! Highly recommend!

I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Min since I first started to wear glasses in the 80's. I have always felt my exams were very thorough and he discusses everything as he completes the exam and repeatedly asks if you have questions. Dr. Min has the ability to make you feel at ease and is always friendly and interested in his patients. I have seen his office updated regularly with new and better technology that the technicians use to assess and provide the necessary data for his patients. He discusses all results during the exam and has detailed info and pictures that he shares to explain results. Dr. Min's office staff is always very friendly, polite and knowledgeable and understands my insurance. When you call, there is always someone who answers the phone. The technicians work hard and are very personable as they prep you and do the various tests to collect your data. They are very patient and positive as they guide you to each eye test. I highly recommend the Northwest Vision Center. I have always had the highest level of care and the best service here.

I had a new patient exam at NW Vision Center with Dr. Min and he was excellent! He took time to ask about my vision history and made helpful suggestions to keep in mind for the future. The staff was great too. I very much appreciated them telling me about the rebate offer on my contact lenses. Finding new doctors when you move to a new city is usually a pain, but this one was easy :)
