I brought my mom in for her eye exam yesterday and Dr Berk was fantastic. He gave her a great eye exam and gave us a referral to see her regular doctor because he found some markers of potential diabetes during her examination. One of the reasons that we chose to do Optimap retinal Imaging is because it can show the eye doctor other health related issues that show up during a routine Vision check. Thank you Dr Berk for an amazing visit!

First time at lens crafters. The upper Arlington location is beautiful and gives a high-end vibe. Dr Burke completed my eye exam. He was quick, efficient, and used the latest technology. I loved that he allowed me to opt out of the dilation. I've never been given that choice before. They had a nice selection of designer frames. Joanne helped me pick out a pair that fit my personality and style.

The staff was friendly, however the doctor seemed like he was in a rush the entire time. He didnt complete a procedure that is typically done with annual eye exams until I asked about it. Overall not the best expereince. It was a better experience when it was Horvath Vision.

I moved from Pickerington to Upper Arlington , I was eager to find a real good optometrist , I believe the God send me to LensCrafters in west lane ave, the greeting was so nice I met the assistant & Dr, Berker , he is a very knowledge person abt vision , I felt it comfortable bc he explained everything abt any question I asked !! The assistant was very good in assisting me in any way , I felt it very appreciated !!
