I really enjoy going to visit Northwest eye surgeons. My mother was a patient of theirs when she was alive and I thought what the heck and I'm glad I did. Dr Brown is awesome! All support staff, from check-in onwards, were pleasant, cheerful, and efficient. The preliminary exam by the technician was thorough; it was good to know how my eyes generally were doing. Since my reason to visit involved a sudden onset of light flashes, I had some concerns about possible related health issues. It's defies easy description to express how much relief I felt when Dr. Rogers informed me that my episode was due more to aging than anything more serious. He gave good advice for how to deal with the condition, and I left the office in vastly better spirits than when I arrived. I look forward to my follow-up appointment, and would definitely recommend this practice to anyone seeking a solution to their vision issues.

Dr Whitaker is a perfect choice for his profession. He has excellent customer service skills. He calmly explains the process and answers questions without trying to rush to get to his next appointment or, obviously, only allowing time for the one reason you gave when making the appointment.
I appreciate, He has a perfect balance of being professional, representing the companies interest, while at the same time being a good listener and empathetic to the patient's experiences. Dr. Whitacre is the best (I mean it). He takes as much time as you need without seeming like he has to run out to the next patient. He has kept my eyes going in very good condition for MANY years. I was very lucky finding their practice when we moved to a new neighborhood near the Northwest Eye Surgeons office about 42 years ago. I am not easily impressed by too many people who are younger than I, but I am actually in awe of his abilities.
