I usually wake up from anesthesia extremely nauseous. My treatment team handled this amazingly and with compassion. I didn't have any nausea problems. They were very attentive and thorough. My surgeon was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. My follow-ups have been great too. This was not an easy surgery/ recovery, but I felt this was my best surgical experience.

Dr. DeSilva is the best ENT doctor that I have ever seen. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions. He remembers me each time I come and what we talked about last time. He remains do travel a little ways to see him and ask each time how was my trip in. Dr. DeSilva has helped me through several sinus infections and other issues they have caused.

I had to call on Friday to schedule a new patient appointment with Dr. Otto due to an unfortunate situation I've been dealing with for 4+ years. On my initial call to schedule an appt I spoke with Debbie, a representative. She is absolutely incredible, her tone and attentiveness as she delivers information should set an extraordinarily high expectation bar when it comes to patient satisfaction and effective communication. I'd even go as far as suggesting to use the conversations she has with patients as training for new hires or continued education so others can hear how to provide empathy, compassion and validation as well as obtain the information needed for all staff to know exactly what's going on with the newly scheduled patients. I then requested to be transferred to her supervisor so I could express how amazing Debbie's service was. In result I had the privilege of speaking with Kimberlyn. Kimberlyn has the the exact same top notch customer service and communication skills as Debbie. Truly I thought I was speaking with AI. Kimberlyn actually made accommodations for me that ended up bringing my new patient appointment 2 months earlier!! Which actually blew me away as I was not expecting nor requested something like that to happen. Was very humbling and I'm grateful. Jessica, Dr Otto's assistant reached out so fast (the following Monday) 2 separate time with appointments times to bring me in the Friday of that same week. Once again, Jessica has those stellar qualities that will bring someone to go out of their way numerous times to express their greatness. I hope they have the opportunity to read this to see how they have positively impacted someone. They deserve it! Thanks again.

Dr. Kim and her staff were incredible. This was my first surgery so naturally I was an anxious mess. They took such great care of me that my mind was at ease from the second I arrived. I'm 7 days post op (rhinoplasty) and already feel/look great. I researched for over a year and Dr. Kim was the one person I could not stray from. Worth every penny, so grateful!!

I had an appointment today with Dr Leslie Kim. She is amazing! She listened to my concerns, was patient, personable and provided personalized treatment. The entire team was professional and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased to meet Dr. WADA,. She was pleasant, kind, and understanding. And had quite the knowledge of everything I was dealing with. She had all of my test results and history pulled up in front of her, and this was the first time I saw her. I immediately had total confidence in her abilities and skills to be able to know what to do. I was pleased that she likes to work the way I do with taking care of my health. It meant a lot to me. She's what you call a true doctor, who cares.
