The wait time is excellent. The staff are great. Dr. Adunka is friendly and straight to the point until he knows I understand. The young college man is exceptional. I don't dread going to the Dr. when I come here.

I was seen for a speech therapy evaluation to determine the cause of symptoms I was experiencing. Through scopng my vocal cords, they were able to rule out vocal cord paralysis and identify other causes conducive to success with vocal focused speech therapy and neurogical focus speech therapy. The incredible good fortune in being referred for this therapy through Ohio State Eye and Ear Institute is that my therapist is also a vocalist like me. I am excited to begin therapy to regain and preserve lost function. The doctor and a different speech therapist that performed my assessment were SO impressive; they understood exactly what I was trying to describe to them and they were able to explain what was happening when my vocal dynamics suffer. They even showed me the scope video while explaining it, which helped me to visualize how to maximize proper technique in my therapy. Worth. Every. Penny.

Honestly the whole place is awesome. Came in, in a lot of pain. Left knowing I'd feel better with meds and what was done. I had Dr Straka ... he was super and so was every one before him. Was very cheerful and felt like they truly loved their job. loved this place. ! Going back for allergy test here soon.

Dr. Adunka is one of the best doctors that I've ever had, he's compassionate, caring and listened to what you had to say and he explained everything to you so you could understand it. His staff was compassionate, caring and very friendly.

Very pleasant visit from check in to check out. The young lady who took us back to our exam room was welcoming and made us feel at ease . Dr. Otto's exam was thorough, explaining in detail and patiently answering our questions. Awesome visit.

Dr. Otto is a great Dr and really cares about his patients. He has mad me fell very comfortable being there.

I was not all happy camper when I left my appointment. I left with more questions than answers. Also only after my appointment was I told they don't accept my insurance. I clearly gave them my insurance info when I made the appointment. It is 2.5 hours that I won't get back . The only good thing about that morning is my husband bought me breakfast

I've had excellent care by Dr Otto and all of the office staff. They are easy to reach and very friendly. Dr Otto is a good listener, very knowledgeable, not too rushed. Highly recommend
