Fantastic experience! Kind, incredibly knowledgeable, professional in every way. The staff made the entire experience easy and pleasant. They went the extra mile to help me choose frames, make sure the fit was great, and explain the entire process. When my glasses came in, their attention to detail was the icing on the cake. I left with my glasses on, confident that they were perfect in every way. Bravo to the entire staff. Really, really good people! I recommend Ohio State Optometry Upper Arlington 100 percent!!

Poor customer service. I first filled out an online appointment request and didn't hear back. I then called a week later and left a message with my return number for them to call me back about getting an appointment scheduled and still nobody has responded.

Horrible experience. My spouse and I started with this office around 2017 and had no issues. Last year he desperately needed new glasses. The "manager" took measurements and said theyd let him know when things were ready. Months went by and when he finally called they had no record of his visit. He had already paid $900 for the glasses. So we started all over. He took the bus to pick his glasses up and they were not ready. No one contacted us. Then he got a loaner pair and waited for months again. No one ever contacted him. When he finally called they told him the glasses had been there ready for a while. No communication. In the meantime I reached out to the "manager" and the OSU doc in charge. Zero response. No return phone calls, no apology. They took our money and strung us along for almost a year with zero customer service. So only go there if you like to be invisible. I welcome the chance to speak with you and make it right. So please reach out. We've been willing to work with your office despite the unprofessional behaviors. Here is your chance to make things right.

I had a great experience at Ohio State Optometry Upper Arlington. I was able to complete my full exam and pick out new glasses within 2 hours. Every staff member is following safety protocols and very friendly.

The optometrist residents and doctor, as well as office staff, were so friendly & kind to our 2 kids, ages 8 & 9. The kids were there for an *hour*, to get baseline first full see exams done (which the doc had recommended last time I was in as a good idea, since at school they just test their basic need for glasses or not). An hour is a really long time for kids of that age to be poked and prodded with strange new instruments, by strangers. The two residents were *awesome* with each kid. Towards the end of the visit, they even let them come into each other's exam rooms and look at each other's eyeballs through the training microscope attachment to their examining lenses!! What kid gets that kinda opportunity at this age, and has things patiently explained to them in terms of what they're seeing?! The kids were psyched. And now we have baseline health data for their eyeballs (and happily, everything looked good in there).

I walked in hoping to get my glasses repaired. Staff was great. Got my repair done in minutes and scheduled me for an appointment for an exam and checked on my VSP benefits to check on what I was eligible for.

The assistant and eye doctor were great however the entire time I was looking at eye glasses not one of the 4 personnel I encountered asked to help me or even seemed remotely interested whether I purchased glasses from them or not. Needless to say I am disappointed.
