Be very careful with billing. One of my claims was not submitted to my insurance. The operator tried to argue with me, then reluctantly accepted my insurance company's request to be contacted about my claim. Please, OSU, hire employees who are competent and who don't try to make patients feel bad in addition to the challenges they are already facing.

Absolutely do not see Dr. Fatoumata Yanoga. She missed a leaking vessel during my laser surgery that caused essentially cholesterol deposits in the back of my eye. Now I have partial blindness in my right eye and fortunately Dr. Suelves has tried repairing her mistake for over 1.5 years now with monthly eye injections and additional laser surgery. Thanks so much for the permanent eye loss Dr. Yanoga, please sleep well knowing how much of an incompetent and pathetic medical provider you are to those that are actual professionals. You'd serve the community better if you simply retired. OSU, as I am sure you are reading this message, I invite and encourage you to review my chart in Epic, please pay close attention to the photos pre and post visitation with Dr. Suelves. Please, anyone reading this message, I caution you to seek additional medical advice before making your decision to see her.

Just waited over an hour after appointment time to be told it could be longer. I had to seek the info. These people were more than content to let me sit in an exam room and wonder. Time is only important for doctors and apparently patients can just go $#$%%^ themselves.

Dr Akella ghosted me after she botched my eye surgery.

Don't buy hearings aids here, they charge for adjusting. Go to hearing stores that clean and adjust for the life of your hearing aid.

Always have a great experience here. From the staff, to the technicians who get me ready to all the doctors I have seen over the years. Really Top Notch operation.
