Ohio Vision

The doctor was nice, but the facility and a staff member made me believe my first visit would also be my last. The ceiling tiles above the file cabinets looked water damaged because they were stained and drooping. Made me wonder why they would keep patient files in a place where there obviously had been some sort of water leak. Other than the eye chart screen, almost all the equipment looked decades old. The lighting was dim. An employee quoted me on some glasses but then refused to give me a copy of the quote because she hand-wrote it on a paper with MY insurance information on it. She instead gave me a post-it note with just numbers on it, no detail, and told me if I wanted my insurance information I can look it up myself but since they pulled my insurance they don't have to give me that information. I've been to other eye doctors in different places that I've lived and most have been bright, clean and friendly. This was not the experience I had this time.

Came in with an emergency and was seen in a respectful time manner. Dr Fox and his staff was very helpful. The customer service was fantastic.Thank you
