Optic Nerve

They are always pleasant at Optic Nerve. I have been getting my glasses from them for about 3 years now and will keep going back.

Dr. Neader is absolutely amazing! VERY knowledgeable. You can tell he just loves what he does. He's very thorough and gives very detailed clear directions while performing your exam. You'll know what to expect at every given second. I loved that he didn't push me to get glasses in my current state because my eyes are healthy and eyesight is good at the moment. Obviously he's not just a money hungry doctor like so many that you come across today. I appreciate that so much! The only thing I'd say I wish someone told me beforehand is that the doctor recommends getting pictures taken of your eyes at the beginning of your exam if you're a new patient. It's optional and costs extra in addition to the exam copay. I think it's a great idea and very beneficial, but I just wish the woman at the front would have told me it was extra because I wasn't prepared to spend extra money. However, they took care of it in a quick and satisfactory manner. Just be aware that when they tell you to sit at the white machine in the front before you go into the doctor, that's an add-on and it's not included in the exam copay! Other than that, this place is amazing and I will hopefully keep going there as long as I live in Ohio!

Been a patient for years. I highly recommend Optic Nerve Polaris. Always a Great selection of frames and the staff and doctors are excellent and thorough. The drive to Optic Nerve is 35 - 40 minutes away but it's well worth the drive. Thank you for always providing great service.

Optic Nerve always gets me in and out. The selection in frames are always great. I'm excited for my new pair of glasses. The manager is friendly and very knowledgeable. It's the place to come for all your optical needs.

We have been using Optic Nerve for several years for our entire family. The doctor is great. We miss Chris being on staff to help is pick out our glasses. Chris was great at helping us pick out glasses. He provided the best service. :) Overall, great products, current trends/styles, customer service had taken a hit, but may be getting back on track. Had called several times with no calls returned.

Love the practice. The doctors take the time to give a thorough exam and explain any issues the is detected. Dr. Shank explained the early onset cataracts I have and put my mind at ease.

Dr. Neader is terrific- front office staff top notch- and the selection of frames they have is outstanding. They also have the best in tech for eye exams. Could not be happier with our multi year relationship with Optic Nerve. Highly recommend.

They are very caring and patient in all aspects of eye care, from the eye exam to choosing glasses. Their knowledge and the quality of their products are excellent. When you receive your new lenses and frames, they make sure you are happy with the final product. I have been going to them for over 12 years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
