He spends a lot of time updating your tests (2-4 hour appointment) in his computer as you sit in the eye exam chair. When you want to say or ask something he keeps telling you to "wait, wait" as he's typing and by the time he's finished you forgot what you needed to ask him. His detailed notes are finished and everyone's happy except you.

I wouldn't take my dog to this Mr.Hirsch. Please watch how he treats you. He told me I could see things that I literally could not see. Got a second opinion with the Cleveland Clinic and was diagnosed correctly. I could see everything that they gave me. If I couldn't see it they put it where I could.
This Mr.Hirsch knew I couldn't see I told him over and over I can't read what's on the wall he said just guess, which I did and before I was done he just grabbed the machine said my eyes were fine. He's intolerant and when he moved my face around it was quite painful due to the cyst in my neck. Don't go here..!
