Highly recommend! I called around a bunch of places and they were either not very friendly or not helpful. I called Pearle Vision and the gal that answered was super nice and helpful. The office was clean and welcoming. Everyone was very polite and everything went super smooth and fast. The Dr. was witty and walked me through all of my results. I'm very happy with my visit

This was my first visit to the office and I was greatly disappointed and will not return. First, the Office told me both mine, and my son's insurance was accepted. They went through with our exam and only after the exam informed that my son could not get glasses there as they did not accept his insurance. Why would you offer an exam and not tell me I can't get glasses there? Secondly, when my son went back for his exam, I asked the doctor to have a conversation with him about the importance of brakes from VR headsets, and the damage you can do to your eyes. The doctor said "there isn't much to talk about", which is blatantly false. Lastly, the doctor issued me the wrong prescription which resulted in my glasses being over two months delayed and they still billed full price even though I asked for a discount. They tried to claim that my sugar was the issue, but I've had zero issues and have had my sugar checked. Clearly the doctor is not great at his profession and I would not recommend this place.

Best place ever. Renee is awesome and Stephanie is efficient. They not only care about your eyes but care about you as a person. I watched Stephanie carry a lady outside who couldn't walk to where her ride was. So blessed to be able to see this act of kindness due to my new glasses.

i moved to columbus about a year ago, and i'm always nervous about finding new doctors, but these people were amazing!! they take medicaid and treat you so so well. probably one of the best eye doctor experiences i've had. lovely group of people:)

I had a great experience at Pearle Vision. Would definitely recommend anyone who needs an eye exam to go to this location. Everyone was fantastic. Everything was explained very well, the exam was thorough, and when picking out frames they helped me to pick ones that they knew my insurance would cover which I appreciated.

The doctor and the staff for selecting classes and lenses is good. They have a new check-in app for the doctor which is annoying. It takes about 2 weeks to get a new pair of glasses which always seems long
