The exam is fine and doctor Golden is great but DO NOT order your glasses here. My experience has been HORRIBLE. I spoke with many people in the shop in person to confirm glasses delivery and I paid extra because I live over two hours away. I was told it would take two weeks exactly. When two weeks passed I started calling and leaving voicemails without getting a call back until finally, three weeks later I finally got a hold of someone. After dealing with my daughter having headaches and pain every single day while we waited they let me know they FORGOT to ship them. They didn't care about my daughter's pain and suffering while we waited on their mistake and struggled to get a call with them and got no return call after leaving voicemails. Just go with Zenni. Fast shipping. Better customer service. Don't waste your money on shipping that you have to call a million times to get. They didn't offer rush shipping which zenni would absolutely do for a mistake of this magnitude. It's very important my child gets her glasses fast because she has eye surgery coming up and she needs the muscles strengthened for the surgery. I'm incredibly, incredibly upset for my daughter. Horrible horrible horrible experience.

My daughter had a great time for seeing a Dr. at the age of 3. plus they did an excellent job from the front desk, through the back, and every single employee was attentive, polite, informative, and made our visit pleasant . Thank you for your exceptional service and support.

Did very good with my toddler she loved it and just felt like she was playing. I thought it was going to be stressful walking in especially running late but it wasn't rushed and I felt like I really got answers in a reasonable time 10/10 would recommend for your littles.

Whomever is in charge of the letters sent out to the parents should be fired the wording pissed me off and I don't think I'll bring my child there because of it.

Love taking the Twins to there Eye Doctor appointment because Dr. WAY and her Staff are Wonderful. They are also Patient, Kind, Knowledgeable, respectful, and Understanding when it comes to are children. The girls LOVE the coin that they give them to put in the machine after there visit. Thank you All for the Great work you do to Help take care of are Children. God BLESS you All ALWAYS.

The experience we had was absolutely great. My son has autism with high sensory issues and they took their time with him every step. Talked to him about what was going to come next so he didn't get frustrated. The doctor explained everything and I could actually understand what he was talking about The office is easy to find and very kid friendly!! Definitely worth the 2hr drive.

I normally do not post reviews, but after my experience with Dr. Way and her team, I have to brag on them. They are AMAZING and I highly recommend them to anybody. She is so kind and patient and made us feel very taken care of. The staff was always very nice and helpful. We traveled over two hours to see her and it was worth every minute!
