Easy to book an appointment and very professional, made sure I was very comfortable and felt welcome. They take the time to make sure that you are happy with what you purchase and don't mask any costs, upfront about everything, I paid out of pocket and they made sure I got my money's worth. Thankful for the professionalism and kindness.

I was a first-time patient today and was extremely impressed with the whole staff. Hannah at the front desk was a hero ever before I first walked through the door. She was kind enough to contact my referring physician and chased down my referral paperwork when my efforts continually had failed. Her phone demeanor was phenomenal and both ladies at the front desk greeted me upon arrival. Dr. King-Smith was also a gem. He was extremely personable, quite brilliant, and genuinely cares for his patients. And that care is visible not only via the amount of time he spends with his patients, but also in how he explains what he's doing with diagnostic equipment and how he's treating. I was fitted for scleral hard contact lenses today and felt completely at ease, and confident knowing that my eyes are in good hands and that he's going to help me get back to 20/20 vision. I absolutely loved the welcoming atmosphere, excellent customer service, and the friendliness of the entire staff. The establishment is clean, beautiful, and offers a wide variety of frames to choose from. Dr. King-Smith was wonderful! He is so personable, and he made the examination process smooth and comfortable. Kyle did an amazing job assisting me with finding the perfect frames, and Hannah set the tone for the entire appointment with her warm welcome as soon as I walked in. I can't wait to receive my new glasses!

Mike and I (Joan) were both really impressed with Dr. King-Smith. He is so informative and knowledgeable. He gathered all kinds of information from us about our health. He explained everything he was doing and why. We've never had any other eye Dr. do this. Ever! He and all the staff are terrific! I have been going to pinnacle since 2023! They are absolutely amazing. Can't say enough good things. Very professional and thorough. Very patient centered. I had a hemorrhage in my Retina a few years ago and they squeezed me in for an after hours emergency appt (there was a risk of it being a retinal detachment not just a popped capillary). I felt very cared for. I moved to Connecticut in November of 2024, and still come here when I am in town visiting family!

Sam is always great, has been our ophthalmologist since him & his dad have been in business. Veronica is great too and pays attention to deal, they are always friendly & personable!!

This place is great! Dr Carifa is absolutely wonderful to work with. Super personable and efficient. Staff in the shop are amazing too! They are knowledgeable and kind! Can't wait to get my groovy glasses
