One of the only locations that accepted my insurance. Scheduled a new patient appointment 4 months out (first available). Day before my appointment they send me a LETTER BY MAIL, to say it's cancelled and to call to reschedule. When I call, however, they do not have any appointments and tell me I need to find a new office. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

If I could leave less than one star, I would. My review does not reflect on the eye doctor. The eye doctor I have with this facility is great. It's the garbage staff that are incompetent. I ordered and paid for items that were going to take a couple of weeks to come in. Part of the problem is that you can never get ahold of anyone in person to speak with. It's all voice mail. I left messages, and nobody called back. My items that I had ordered and waited on had been in the facility for over a month, yet not a single person bothered to call and alert me nor return my phone call. I had to call again recently for information regarding my prescription. I left 3 voice mails, and yet again, nobody was intelligent enough to call back. I won't return to this dump. I get it if you're on hard times, but there are other places you can visit with better service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I had a very pleasant experience. I work with non-english speaking families. I called and their system directs you straight to a spanish speaking attendant. She was very pleasant and helpful. Unlike other places that ask you to press for spanish and you get someone on the other line who start off speaking english and is not welcoming.

Dr. Elder is great! Had a good experience all around!
