Dr. Gardner and the staff are wonderful. They are professional, friendly and take the time to make sure your needs are met. I tore one of my contacts and didn't have my glasses with me. I called the office and Courtney provided me with a contact lens in minutes. What a lifesaver!

As a new client, you would think they would make sure you knew where the office is located especially if it's not easy to find. I live in German Village, but made the mistake of trying to drive to this office which is downtown. I'm fairly new to Columbus so I still don't know the area all that well. But my GPS said it would take 8 minutes. I arrived downtown in plenty of time, but call me stupid, I thought this office was going to be in a medical center with parking. After finding a parking garage, I walked around for about 15 minutes trying to find the office which ended up being located down a dark hallway behind a door that says, "Dental Services." At this point, the doctor was on his lunch break in the back so they wanted to reschedule. Apparently the two girls sitting there staring off into space couldn't perhaps show me some glasses while the doctor finished his sandwich or salad. After wasting $7.00 for parking for nothing, I have a very bad taste for any Rinkov Eyecare.
