Best eye doctor ever. He takes all the necessary time with you to make sure you are happy. Very pleasant staff and doctor.

I made an appointment prior to church on Sunday, June 29th. Church ran a bit over due to the guest speaker for the weekend. I called the Sawmill location and said I would be ten minutes late. He stated there was no reason for me to show up if I could not be there on time. I would need to reschedule my appointment. That is a big pass for me as I decided to make an appointment with my local eye doctor.

Absolutely phenomenal experience! I just moved here from Cincinnati and had a better experience at this eye doctor. Dr. Mason was very thorough and gave me multiple contact lenses options because I'm moving into the XR range. I appreciated that he walked me through and ordered trials but also gave me a prescription for my normal ones while I waited. The office manager is extremely nice as well. The retinal imaging equipment is brand new and better than what I've experienced.

The optometrist was thorough and brought my attention to a few potential issues requiring follow-up. He explained everything in great detail and showed true concern for my issues. Wonderful patient care! Prescription for glasses was also perfect. Thank you!

I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the exam compared to other places I've been. The Doctor explained his findings and need for follow-up to monitor. The cost was offset by my AARP member discount, which really helped a lot. Hours of operation are great.

All the staff was very friendly, informative, and helpful! I will always make sure to come here and recommend this location to all of my contacts. The eye doctor was super informative and walked me through the whole process and took the time to teach me about my eye and recommended what was best. I will always recommend David!! Also S/O to James for helping me pick the best frames for my face structure and liking!! He was super patient and helpful. After I selected a few of my final contenders, he sat with me and gave me a opinion on all of the styles. Then, ge walked around and picked out a few he thought would be good options based on my interest from the first round!!! Amazing customer service, and very quick appointment! Overall amazing first experience :)

Easy to setup appointments for 2 or more people. Doctor right on time. Reception super friendly. Eye Tech very nice and great explanations & check. Doctor was superb . friendly, informative and caring. Great experience. And they take most insurance.

Great office visit- staff helpful and informative. Eye exam was not complicated - felt very informed every step of the exam! Dr. Mason was great too- explained details of my exam and answered all my questions about my vision and exam results!!! I also had a great experience choosing my glasses- clerk took photos of me wearing different frames- It was easy to choose my favorite pair after that! I highly recommend this location! Thanks to all the staff who helped me!
