Siri Hiremath Khandalavala M.D.

Dr. Hiremath has been the rudest most unprofessional doctor my son and I have had the misfortune of communicating with. She made us feel as if my son's eye health was of little concern to her. She repeatedly talked in a demeaning manner, and would show excessive signs of frustration, causing my son to feel uncomfortable telling her about his symptoms or asking questions. Today, 1/19/26, when she came into the office, her first words were to ask my son why he was there again, as if she'd already dismissed him over a year ago, and had no intention of helping us. AFTER we've waited in the waiting area for over a half hour, paid our $30 co-pay, amd scheduled this appointment months in advance. She then went on to insult me by telling me that sometimes things that are necessary aren't always convenient, when I tried explaining to her why we only went to the O.S.U. doctor once. She never once apologized for her rudeness, but instead escalated it by standing up and giving the body language that the appointment was over before all of our questions were answered. She did this same thing over a year ago, when my son last saw her. I was unaware that he would be seeing her, and actually thought our appointment would be with Dr. Kancherla. We had no desire to be offended and treated so rudely again.

Dr. Hiremath is a great doctor she performed my cataract surgeries. Very personable and keeps you updated with any concerns she may have regarding your eyes. I would highly recommend her and COA

Found out that Dr Hinckley had retired. But I was placed in new and capable hands who made me feel it ease throughout my examination. And all is well.

It was a very pleasant and informative visit. The Doctor and her assistant answered my questions and were so nice. They really put an end to any anxiety I was feeling regarding upcoming procedures!

The staff are very personable & patient. They explained what they were doing which is not always done. I appreciated them letting me know about the procedures.

If you want to "see" a great eye doctor, Dr. Hiremath and all the staff were very accommodating and friendly! Can't wait to "see" them again!
