Here for a free consultation. Including directions that were provided to us in our confirmation email as the GPS routing wasn't clear once we got close. The office is on the 3rd floor in suite 325.
Directions:
We are located on the North side of Polaris Parkway, just off the Cleveland Avenue/Westgreen Lane intersection. We are in the Huntington/Quick Solutions building on the East side of a business park, next to the JP Morgan building. It is a 5 storey brick and glass building with parking in front and back.

Dr. Altman and the staff were absolutely fantastic! From my consultation to the surgery itself, the whole staff made me feel comfortable and were very encouraging. Before the surgery, Dr. Altman took the time to explain the whole process and made sure I felt comfortable. The procedure was painless and over with before I even knew it. I had improved vision the same day and was reading 20/20 the following day. I highly recommend LVI if you are looking into getting LASIK done.

I've been wearing glasses since I was nine and had progressively grown into a very strong prescription. After the procedure, I could immediately read signs across the room and it was incredible. Every day since I'm still in awe that my eyes are doing all this on their own.
The procedure wasn't nearly as intimidating as I made it out to be in my head, and was way more affordable than expected. Everyone at the office was kind, patient, and felt like they had a genuine passion for their work. I really recommend this, especially for folks like me who have been chained to giant coke-bottle lenses for way too long.

Starting with the consultation and flawless online appointment scheduling, I knew this place had it together. Smooth surgery scheduling conveniently on Saturday. Surgery day took a little longer than anticipated, as I was scheduled at 930am and went into the OR a little before 11am, but they explained everything as they went and made sure to thoroughly describe course of recovery. Also gave detailed explanations multiple times regarding post op care. Top notch team and they were all so excited with me for my new vision - very positive environment! Thank you!

They were amazing! I went in not being able to see at all without my contacts in. After the surgery I can see absolutely perfectly! They were very calming before the surgery and told me exactly what was going to happen so that I would not be nervous during the procedure. I definitely recommend them for your surgery. Everything about my experience was amazing! From the first consultation to my follow up couldn't have gone smoother. Staff was great, considerate and caring. Procedure was quick. They explained everything that would happen step by step and always had an answer for any question I had along the way. They were upfront about their fees with multiple different payment options. I can't believe I hadn't committed to doing this before now. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team if anyone is considering getting LASIK. My vision went from 20/400 (yes it was that bad) to 20/15 THE NEXT DAY!
