Horrible service and overall experience. We visited twice and both times we called ahead to ask for the expected costs and confirm insurance coverage. Both times we were told a completely different cost (significantly larger) when we got to the appointment. At the last visit we were told that our insurance would not cover the exam, but when I called our provider the next day, they confirmed we were eligible to have it covered. Completely disorganized and unprofessional.

My appointment for an eye exam was at the Delaware, Ohio office. I had not been in for an exam since 2023, and I was really impressed with the new technology. My optician, Geri, explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. She provided me with options of lenses, frames and pricing. My doctor, Valerie Danford, OD was wonderful and showed me the results of the testing as well as conducted some additional tests in the exam room. She took time to answer all of my questions and gave me great confidence in my vision as well as the condition of my eyes. My experience was truly wonderful.
