This site is beautiful, very clean and maintained so well. Aaron and his team made a great first impression. Visionworks has a great store and staff at this location. I work for VSP and could not have been prouder of the service I received! Aaron and team deserve alot of kudos!!!!!

I had an excellent experience at VisionWorks! I purchased two pairs of glasses and received outstanding service from Soche. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Soche helped me choose styles that fit me perfectly and made sure everything was comfortable and adjusted just right. Her attention to detail and friendly approach made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend VisionWorks -- and especially Soche -- for anyone looking for quality eyewear and exceptional service! Spanish/English!!!

Poor Customer Service Experience I would like to share my recent experience at your office in hopes that it can help improve customer service for future clients. From the beginning, the staff member a lady who speaks Spanish (We speak both, we did not request her assistance) was noticeably rude. When we first visited the doctor and received a prescription for glasses, she did not explain the reasons behind the costs. For example, she never mentioned the purpose behind the expensive cost of the bifocals, nor did she explain the antireflective tint on the lenses until we specifically asked. Even then, her explanation was brief, and she seemed unwilling to provide further details, instead focusing immediately on my insurance coverage. Today, we returned at 6:14 PM to pick up my glasses. I explained that they were too wide and crooked. She appeared to be in a bad mood, and while trying to adjust them, she made them worse. I was left without any real solution and now must return to have them replaced. Additionally, we asked about safety glasses for my husband, but she told us we would need to come back another time because she closes at 6:30 PM. This was discouraging, and we decided not to return for those glasses. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience, as I now have to make another trip to re-order my glasses. I truly hope your team can receive additional training in hospitality, sales, and communication, as customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and well-informed.

Such a wonderful experience! So he assisted me in finding the perfect glasses and was such a joy. Plus, my very expensive glasses only cost me $50 with my VSP benefit. The same glasses would have been $290 at my Dr office/shop. I do think that they need to update their hours on Google, as yesterday I tried to go there and they were closed for lunch - no cool. Call before you go, but definitely go and ask for Soche!

I love this place. Absolutely amazing group of individuals so caring and compassionate. Accommodating to any person that walks into the door. The teamwork demonstrated between the clinical and optical staff is next level. Although clinical doesn't typically help with glasses the girls found me a pair I fell in love with almost instantly, making the optical portion even more effective and efficient. Every year I will return for my glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses.

Great service. My wife and I had back to back eye appointments the procedures were smooth no dilation because of a new machine, this is huge!!! All staff was polite and helpful. Thomas was the incredibly helpful in so many ways. He made the experience one of the best eyeglass experiences I've ever had great. When our glasses come in I will make sure he is on shift for sure.

I have now visited Visionworks 3 times for glasses. They gave me the best result I've had in years regarding placement of progressive lenses! My Husband bought 3 pairs of glasses his first visit and he was as thrilled as I was. We both refer people we know that are looking for a new company to get their glasses from. They also do eye exams! Thanks Visionworks!

This is my second year using them and I have no complaints. Great customer service!
