All staff members from top to bottom is fantastic. Very professional and knowledgeable. The variety of choices for eye care is plentiful. The store manager Raigene went out of her way to help me with repairing my glasses knowing I did not get my pair pf glasses from Visionworks.
Because of the outstanding service I received, I went from not Visionworks client to their member.

My optician Lyssa was excellent start to finish. She made awesome recommendations and took time to educate me on my lens options. I'm looking forward to my new Polarized Kendra Scott Sunglasses and my new Kendra Scott Workplace Progressive. The staff was amazing. Raigene and Lyssa were extremely helpful. I had been wearing bifocals for years and I didn't like them. Raigene actually showed me how to wear my glasses appropriately. To look down through the bottom of the lenses to see through the bifocals. Thank you two so much for being so helpful. I definitely will recommend this location to anyone I know who is looking for glasses.

Every time I go in there, staff is always extra accommodating. I have not run into one person that I feel gets irritated with me even though I change my mind a lot. Raigean helped me this time and refitted a couple pairs of my old glasses plus my new ones and gave me an estimate for another pair I needed and just spent a lot of quality time with me. I highly recommend this vision works.

I loved my experience from the time I came in to my exit. The staff gave e the time to look for frames without rushing or bothering me, the lady that took care of me had great conversation, when we realized my sunglasses would be too much to purchase now, she offered to call me o the first of January once my insurance renews for the year, and got me the best price. I have gotten my glasses from Visionworks for over 10 years and I continue to enjoy the customer service.

Dr. Shah is very nice and thorough. The staff, especially Raigene was wonderful and kind. She let me know what my insurance covered and how much. She also helped me narrow down my options and the many glasses I picked out and she advised me what they would look like with different level of lenses. Very wonderful people there.
