AMAZING! The Staff is amazing! Elijah took extra special care of me and Charmaine was just fantastic. The lady at the front counter set the tone for an amazing visit, and they didn't disappoint. Dr Crawford listened to my concerns and developed a plan of care. Very excited for the new glasses to arrive.

Dr. Steve Njeru, and the entire team, are so wonderful. I was very anxious going in there after not having had an eye exam in at least a decade. Despite my nerves and definite awkwardness, the team took wonderful care of me. Dr. Njeru took the time to explain so much to me as we went through the exam, and he is truly a wonderful doctor. I truly recommend him. The VSP team was very helpful as well, taking the time to explain things to me when I shared that I had never had glasses before. They are all kind, compassionate, and just good people. Highly recommend this team.

I cannot thank them enough! I am from Tennessee in town working for 3 weeks. Scratched one of the lenses of my glasses. I called to see if I could get it replaced. The lady who answered looked me up in the system and reminded me of the warranty that I purchased. She said she would order me a new pair of glasses and put a rush on them. Normally takes 7 to 10 working days to arrive. I called Wednesday and happily super surprised to say that today is Saturday and I just picked them up!
You guys rock! Visionworks you have a customer for life!!

I came in for an eye exam, which went great, and decided to get my first pair of prescription sunglasses. Tom was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right pair -- super knowledgeable and easy to work with.
The next day, I noticed my regular lenses had crazed. I came back in, and Tom immediately asked if everything was okay. Once I explained the issue, he jumped into action and arranged to have them sent in for repair at no cost to me.
The service was fast, seamless, and above and beyond what I expected. I highly recommend the Visionworks Lennox location -- especially if you're lucky enough to work with Tom!
