Erwin Family Eye Care

I cant thank the staff enough for the customer service I received the last two days. I had an emergency and within one hour they worked me in and took care of everything. From the initial phone call to my follow up the next day 10/10 customer service! Thank you to the entire Erwin staff!!!

Professionalism is a 0 at this business. I had to wait for three months to get in for an appointment only to find out they didn't accept my insurance plan after being reassured on the phone that they did. Doctors that pick and choose which insurance plans they accept fail to uphold the Hippocratic oath. Thank you Erwin Family Eye Care for doing your part to make Healthcare in America a joke. Lord forbid you help the poor people in your country.

I 'am disappointed that I had heard such great things about this place and my experience was NOT great, to be honest... The lady that performed the first set of eye tests was so kind and so was Danielle... But let's talk about the receptionist, selecting glasses, and picking them up. First off, I was offered no help in selecting glasses. The lady told me "select the frames and give them to me". So I did exactly that. I was nothing short of very polite during my visit, so much in fact that, Dr. Danielle even commented on how polite I was... I selected my frames and gave them to the receptionist. I also asked for a copy of my prescription and she had the audacity to tell me that, "they don't do that". Since when? I let it go and didn't argue... Lastly, let us talk about picking up your glasses... I arrived on a Thursday to pick up my glasses. The lady I spoke to was very polite but lazy. I watched her roughly handle my glasses. So much so, that the lenses had tiny scratches on them, she put them in a glasses case they didn't fit in, and she literally closed the case ON my glasses... I mentioned the tiny scratches on the lens and she basically told me that I needed to be more gentle... LOL!!!! Because you weren't manhandling my glass 2 seconds beforehand???. Last but not least, my left lens wasn't even fully put into my frames. I called to ask if they could please fix it and what do you know? Nope, they can't do that. Ps. Yes, I did look at the lens before I put them on. I inspected them... Especially if the insurance I PAY for, is covering this. All in all.. Never again, will I go here.. I have glasses that needed to be fixed, scratches that were made by a receptionist who REFUSED to take the blame, AND no copy of my prescription. Genuinely NOT a great experience... I am only giving this 2 stars because Dr. Danielle is very polite and so was the lady who did the first set of eye tests. Aside from that, I would have given it 0 stars.

My daughter had injured her eye and has to be seen everyday for a week, she of course hadn't had an eye doctor. Shes only 8 and has great vision, They got her in the same day I called, and He come in on his day off today too see her! Im so thankful for him and his team!

I had something in my eye days before and thought it was still in there. The doc was so nice. She checked my eye throughly and assured me it was gone but gave me drops just in case it left some infection behind. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great experience. Great staff. I'll go back if needed. My new go to eye care facility.

I have been a customer of Erwin Family Eye Care for 30 years. They are courteous, reliable, current with today's technology, and treat my family and I like we are part of their family. Dr Dave and Dr Danielle are professionals and have the relationships established with other professionals if care is outside of their expertise.

Very professional Dr. Erwin does a very thorough exam the receptionist very kind my problem is that it will be 3 weeks this Friday since they sent the order off and last week I was told on a Tuesday they would be here Wednesday or Thursday last week now they told me it will be Wednesday or Thursday of this week what's really going on?

Don't waste your time. Takes at least 3 months for appointments.
