My experience with the young man who remembered me from my 2023 appointment was very nice and personal. He did an amazing job examining my eyes. He cleaned my glasses and took an interest in looking at a couple of scratches that were visible. He was thorough with explaining the eye test and applying the eye drops. I was quite impressed. I could see that he enjoys his job and his patients. I am sorry that l can not recall his name at this time. Dr. Erickson was thorough with her examination and explanation of how my vision and the care of my eyes are doing. She made me comfortable during the exam. Her professional manner is natural and encouraging. I have recommended this office to two friends, and they are now patients also. Thank you, Sincerely, Carole K.

Dr. Erickson (and staff Marilyn and Leah), is great. She explained everything in detail and was compassionate to me since test results were not good. I would definitely recommend her.

I haven't been to the eye doctor in over 20 years as I've never had any problems until recently when I would read. I get nervous when going to any doctor so I was unsure of what this experience would be like. The front staff were very friendly. The check in nurse was very calming and explained everything she was going to do, each step of the way. When the doctor came in, she had a different type of presence. Very rushed and made me feel like she was in a hurry to get me out of the office. Very impatient when my eyes were not cooperating because I am very sensitive to light so they kept watering and I was having a hard time looking into the light. She said two different terms I didn't understand and I asked her what those terms meant and she assured me she would tell me in a couple of moments. She didn't circle back around and tell me. Because I have good vision and only needed "readers" she was borderline shaming me as to why I decided to come to her practice instead of going to a vision center to get my eyes checked. When I did research beforehand on my own, I was given the advice of many people to go straight to an optamologist in case I did have something wrong with my eyes--I would be at the right office. This doctor told me that was not good advice and from now on to just go to a normal vision center. How is a person who hasn't been to an eye doctor in 20 years supposed to know to do that? I was satisfied with my experience for the first half of my appointment, but when I was with the doctor I was very unsettled. She didn't answer my questions, didn't help me understand the difference between the two types of doctors, and then rushed me out of the office.

Not only did the doctor do a thorough exam, she answered all my questions and concerns and was extremely professional. She and her staff were very attentive and kind.

My eye was very irritated and so itchy. I called CVP office and the scheduler got me in with Dr Erickson that afternoon. My appointment was great with Dr Erickson and her assistant Catrina. She examined my eye and immediately diagnosed my problem. A prescription was sent in to my pharmacy of choice. Dr Erickson was very helpful and kind. She treated me with respect and listened to my concerns. The prescription she gave me resolved my red and irritated eyes. Thank you

Dr. Erickson is the best! Her personality, Knowledge, thoroughness, and commitment to excellence is remarkable. She is second to none. I highly recommend her.

I scheduled my mom for a diabetic eye exam with CVP and an appointment was made with Dr. Erickson. Dr. E. listened to my mom's concerns and addressed them to her satisfaction, which is a welcomed outcome given the consults she has received from Kunesh. My mom typically prefers a MD v. OD, but I've not heard one complaint about her interaction with Dr. E. Dr. E. also assured her that if she ( Dr. E.) found any glaucoma concerns, CVP has specialist on staff. Dr.E. and my mom seemed to be a good match and Dr. E. didn't discount her eye issues, which goes a long way in earning her trust that she is getting the best eye care.
