This practice has been very helpful for our family. I dearly miss Dr Eckhardt. In the meantime, Dr Timmerman's sing song voice has been a staple. About 2 years ago, the practice acquired Dr Heng. I have 2 children and also need vision a prescription. So, I visit this office 3x each year. Dr Heng has become my favorite provider at this office. She automatically explains everything, and is quick to understand and explain anything. Recently, she commented on a relationship of medical diagnoses and related daily medications to the eye and sight. I hadn't written the medication on the sheet. Dr Heng asked about medications, I told her, and she immediately responded with info about how that childhood medication also effects eye development Amazing!!

She is very friendly and knowledgeable, and she ensured that my son got the right contact lenses for his eye condition. All the staff members are friendly and respectful. Dr. Heng is outstanding! I have a 7yo with ADHA and she was so patient and supportive. She took the extra time to ensure we got an accurate prescription. She also provided us with great information to help him keep his glasses on and other helpful information for me to keep in mind. The staff members were amazing and their customer service is 12/10.
