If I could leave 0 stars I would because giving them 1 star is too many. Even the blind can see this place is no good. Pun intended. Please save your time, energy, effort and peace and choose another eye doctor. This one needs to be closed.

I am really glad that I have been able to get my eyes checked out here they are very helpful to me.

I went there June 17th and still haven't got no glasses my sister just went by the mall and got her eye exam and 5 days later she just got her glasses i have care source they are saying I can't go no where else because my medical has already payed them but if they give care source the money back I could so if they don't tell me something today I'm filling a complaint they gave me a number to call I need my glasses I drive I can't see at night

I was looking through the reviews of this place today and realized I wasn't alone in the issues I've been having. I made an appointment a month ago, I had to take my young daughter with me because I am a stay-at-home mom with no village. At this time we were covered under care source and I was having the hardest time finding an eye doctor at all in the area, let alone one that took caresourse. I called several places before I was able to get a yes from them. During the appointment, I waited close to 45 minutes to an hour just to get the exam itself. Beforehand they tried to fit me for glasses and measure my pupal distance. I was able to pick out two frames that I liked. I waited another 20 minutes or so for the receptionist to figure out how much they would cost. One pair was 60 dollars and the other pair was 80. After the exam the doctor took my pupal distance slanted, I'm not even sure she got an accurate reading. She told me my eyes were too close together and my face was too small for larger framed glasses. She compared my facial features to a shrue. I told her a few times I still wanted the larger pair and was willing to pay for them even though it wasn't covered by my insurance. She told me that "Caresourse was going to charge an extra 20 dollars for blue light protectant and an additional $10 for fitting the larger lenses for the frame. It's been a month since my appointment and tried to call 2 weeks after my appointment to see if my glasses had come in. For three days no one answered the phone. Just last week I called and they said they still haven't received them after she repeated my name wrong back to me several times. I have tried calling in this week twice and haven't gotten an answer. I desperately need these glasses since I don't have any currently and haven't been to the eye doctor in close to 5 years due to not having insurance. Those wh

I had been a patient for over 25 years, the staff has always been unprofessional, the doctor had been nice on some occasions but not all. Recently I paid for my prescription to be in a pair of sunglasses I purchased, after a month I called for an update and got the worst customer service. After many attempts to get a simple update, the staff and the doctor hung up on me numerous of times. I had rude accusations made towards me over the phone and in person. I had to have a peace officer to come with me to the office just to get a simple update about when my glasses would be ready. The whole situation was uncalled for and unprofessional.

To whom it may concern. I made a appointment. I canceled the appointment the same day. THEN a week later they CALLED to confirm the appointment. I HAD ALREADY CANCELED. LATER THat DAY. Then they CALLED again to confirm the appointment in the same day. (2 calls same day) And wanted my son's medical information and insurance. THEY ACTUALLY WANTED TO TALK TO HIM. He's a minor. So glad I didn't do business with this so called establishment.

Dr. Coates is a scammer and a fraud. went in to purchase contacts an she tried to charge me $60 for a fitting fee after she originally told me $10. when I asked her why when I was not being fitted she told me she's a small business that's her professional fee. when I told her I would shop elsewhere and asked for a copy of my RX she became hostile and told me no if I wanted a copy to pay her $60.00. which is against the law. She's definitely unprofessional and a scammer. BE WARE!

Horrible service. I've been calling for my script she won't call back. I came in picked up my glasses and couldn't see out of right lens and she said my right eye was to close to my nose. I paid $80 for lineless bifocals and they are wrong. She didt fit me for my glasses and her equipment is outdated Rug is dirty and there is mold on the ceiling and you smell mold when you walk in.
