The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Trang Prosak is the best! She is always friendly, attentive, & thorough during my visit. With her care my eye issues have either improved or stabilized. I am very grateful for her care. I highly recommend her to all my family and friends.

0/5 STARS DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place came highly recommended to me and I have had NOTHING but issues since my first visit in August 2025. I am still dealing with a billing issue from back in November 2025 - because I had to come back from my visit in August 2025 since things weren't addressed that I asked to be addressed. (It's now almost Feb 2026). I got a call beginning of January 2026 saying the issue was handled but it would take a few days to get processed. Come to find out- nothing was done. No notes were made in my chart of this phone call I received. I called them, yet again after receiving notice that my bill was due nearly a month later. They made a task to the doctor and his staff, supposedly marked it as "high priority" and I never heard back. I called them YET AGAIN- and I am still awaiting for it to be resolved. Could you imagine if it was a medical emergency and they took days to respond?? Thank goodness, it's just a billing issue. I will never be going back. The doctor and his staff are super dismissive and just flat out rude. (Both times I have been in) The billing department is just as bad when I called to discuss this issue - got told "this isn't a billing issue, this is a doctors issue" If you want your issues dealt with in a timely manner- I would definitely go somewhere else.

BEWARE: I was hesitant when I made the appointment and they said treatment would take an hour to an hour and a half. What they meant was the office manager is incompetent and can't manage the office correctly. I arrived and after filling out all the new paperwork I got back to the doctors waiting room at 1:30pm. I sat in the waiting room for about 30minutes when an assistant pulled me back for an eye exam that had nothing to do with my issue. They then sent me back to the waiting room when I waited until 2:50, when they said I was next. After another 10 minutes in the patients room, doctor Rudolf arrived. Once in my room, she spent a total of 3 minutes with me. She was nice and considerate, unfortunately she works in an office who doesn't care of your inconvenience. It was after 3pm when I went through checkout, over an hour and a half wait for 3 minute consultation. I Will NEVER use this office again, what a waist of time for a 3 minute consult. Just beware what you are getting into when you schedule an appointment.

I saw Dr. Erickson in July 2025. She diagnosed me with PVD, and told me I had a condition that was a pre cursor to macular degeneration. She recommended a vitamin, and told me to come back in 4 weeks. I found Dr. Erickson to come across as, in-compassionate. She didn't share with me what I might experience, or recommend anything I should, or should not do. She gave me a piece of paper that said to call if floaters get worse, or if I get white flashes. I feel she was either having a bad day, or has become complacent over time, not remembering the news she delivers can sometimes be quite scary, as in my case. I wanted information, not medical terms dictated to the scribe. On August 21, 2025 I had a 10:30am appointment with Dr. Liles. I was brought back at about 10:40am. At about 10:50am I was put in a waiting room. I wasn't called to be roomed until 11:53am, nearly 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. Because the first tech didn't dilate my eye, the second tech had to which meant about 20 more minutes waiting for Dr. Liles. Dr. Liles appeared to me as much more thorough, and informative than Dr. Erickson. He is a young doctor and is definitely not complacent. I felt relieved, instead of fearful after seeing Dr. Liles. I want my $20 co pay refunded please. No patient should have to wait nearly 2 hours, and not even get an apology.

Everyone was kind and compassionate. Dr Liles was professional and friendly and obviously a very capable Doctor. I was blind in one eye, very limited vision in the other due to cataracts.my vision was restored and my quality of life greatly improved thanks to Dr Liles and the awesome team at CVP.I can't thank them enough.

Each time I've been here, I've spent nearly 3 hours at each visit. They take you back for initial information, then take you back to a waiting room. If you have an operation, you will go back three separate times. The doctors are always running behind and there never seems to be any apology for running so far behind. If you have to schedule an appointment, plan on missing a day of work or at least half. Front desk ladies are always very kind but the doctors and nurses seem to lack interpersonal skills. Writing this review was the first time I saw the others. I guess I'm not alone in my experiences.

Wish they would be more considerate of your time. Do they overbook?? Everytime no less than an hour wait. Ugh. I have a job and taking leave don't have time to sit in waiting room for hours. I do like the however, I do like the Drs ugh

3:40 appointment still waiting at 4:30. Know one informs patients of anything. If it wasn't a follow up an I would have walked out by now. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Hopefully I never have to come back to this place.
