Doctor Pfahler is kind, great with explanations and professional. He is a top notch doctor and the only one in this office. While there's a wait to be seen at times, he is one man and listening to some of these other patients and how impatient they are with staff for no reason, how they expect other patients to be dropped for them and their poor time management... know this office staff is professional and thorough and deserve to be treated with respect.

Paid my Co-Pay at 10:15am for a 10:30am appointment. Read an eye-chart and received drops to dilate my pupils. At 12:45pm my wife and I left without seeing the doctor. No one should have to wait over 2 hours to be examined. Will NEVER go back, will find another doctor. Patients who arrived after us were examined and left and we watched them come & go. Only one emergency which we understood. Patient beware!!

Dr. Pfhaler is a good doctor and staff are friendly. However they overbook appointments and you wait a really long time. Had an 8:30am appointment and didn't get back to see doc until 10am. Waited another 15-20 in the exam room. Time with doc is rushed and not really able to ask questions. We watched 7 people who came in after us leave and all we were there for was a check up. No laser or injections. It is inconsiderate of people's time to expect them to wait 2 hours for 5 minutes with the doctor.

If you are a new patient plan to be there for at least 4 hours! We were there early as to fill out paperwork like normal for any new doctor. We kept getting called back to have a check done then back to the waiting room. This went on for 3 hours. As we were getting to the point that we had to go due to another appointment we were called back for another test and the doctor basically berated us to stay to have a procedure done because he said he will not be able to do it for at least a week if we were to leave. So another half hour to add on to that! Had to cancel my next appointment due to the terrible time management of this facility! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. If you can I would definitely suggest any other place.

This office made time for me to come in the same morning my doctor called in a referral and I was in surgery within a few hours to repair a hole in my retina. Each follow up visit has been very quick; I've been in and out within 15 minutes. Dr. Pfahler and the staff have always been nice and efficient especially given the amount of patients they see a day!

Dr. Pfahler and the staff are incredible. When a terrible optometrist gave me a very scary diagnosis, Dr. Pfahler and the staff got me in quickly and were very caring. Turns out the optometrist was completely incorrect. The only negative is the parking situation is not ideal. The spots are quite small and there are signs everywhere about making sure you ONLY park in the spots for the doctor you are seeing. Also, does not seem to have online billing, which in 2022 is slightly unacceptable. I'll still continue to go here for excellent care though. All of the staff have been SUPER friendly and great to work with. Strangely enough, all of the other patients are also really friendly and I've had some lovely conversations with other patients here.

You will spend half day at this office. they over book appointments, the lobby will be full. I even stood for awhile so some older ladies would have a place to sit: I recommend having your eye doctor refer you to another specialist before you ever attempt this practice. I was there 4hrs today. After being called back several times, they did a few things each time such as the first time they called be back 1hr and 20mins after my scheduled visit time they checked my vision and sent me back to the waiting room, 1hr later they call me back I have my eyes dilated and numbed. Then about 40mins later they call me back. Took a couple pictures of my eye then compare pictures to my previous pictures only to tell me that they did not receive my tests results from the hospital yet and I would need to reschedule a couple months out. Nope. I will be going to another eye specialist even if I have to drive over an hour. The staff is incredibly rude to patients, including sweet old ladies. They are incredibly disinterested in their patients questions or concerns. I will not go back to have taken off a day of work only to get told nothing, absolutely nothing. They even wrote down the wrong email address for me to email a document to. Needless to say, they don't need the document anyways as I will not be returning.

On my first visit my diabetic number dropped really low. Nikki took care of me by offering juice and crackers. It helped a great deal. All of the staff are very pleasant.
