She also explained any findings and advice very clearly and in an easy way to understand. She never spoke above me nor did she act as if she knew more about my vision than I did. I appreciated her professional and confident manner. She also made me feel as if I were her only patient and never rushed me through like I was just a number. Also, the support staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
