Do not go here. It's a circus. The employees spend more time playing than doing their jobs. I had testing done here for a very serious brain complication and they gave me inaccurate results. I was sent someplace else almost immediately in order to get accurate testing done. Not only did I have severe swelling of my optic nerve, I had a hole in my retina. I was already losing vision. If I hadn't gone someplace else, I very likely could have gone blind. If you are concerned with your vision or need a doctor who is half way decent, do not go here. I cannot stress this enough. I honestly feel sorry for the current patients as he obviously doesn't care about their vision or the ability for them to see. Dr. Katherine Rose is who I saw after the fact and she was incredible. She saved my vision. DO NOT GO HERE.

Appointment was scheduled 5 weeks in advance only to be called the day before to be told they need to reschedule because they don't know if my insurance will cover the procedure. They had five weeks to call my insurance. I would have called them myself if I knew I needed too. They said they could reschedule me in four more weeks!

Dr Joshi & staff were amazing. He made sure that I understood everything that would be happening when he removed my cataract, and his staff are so friendly & thorough with the before & aftercare. I highly recommend...

Staff were responsive and timely. The appointment was long because everything was so thoroughly done! That was great. The doctor is kind and thoughtful. I would recommend this practice.

Awful play. STAY AWAY. clerks are absolutely rude and speak in a very condescending manner. They treat you like you're a nuisance, huffing and puffing with attitudes. The Eye doctor man is on his phone whole time while examining and going over ur results. Told me results and said I have symptoms of brain tumor and may go blind. Sends me to get tested. I WAITED ALMOST 2 MONTHS FOR THE RESULTS. I CALLED DAILY AND THEY SAY , HE WILL CALL YOU.... absolutely ridiculous. I had to jump thru hoops to get my results before he called me. I was so afraid. This guy is a quack quack along with his staff. Oh ya. Also they gave me few eye test then left me in a room for 1 hour. I came out. And they said omg we forgot about you. I was litteraly in the exam room. I had to stay after closing hours for the doc to finish up with me, while he was on his cell phone also. Yall plz don't go here. I begg u.

I called to get date I saw him. First girl says I've never been there. YES! It was prob 2019 I saw. 2nd lady says they got some system called "Athena" in 2021 that shows I've never been there. But when they go back to 2019, it shows my records, but nothing else. I said, "Oh yes, I was there & he did all kinds of exams & tests". She said she couldn't find it, but MAYBE my records were pulled & packed away since it's been "SO LONG" since I've been there... 2019??? REALLY? With Covid for almost a whole year? So I said, let me look if I have a prescription for glasses in MY files. Yep, 6/20/2019. HE wrote the prescription. "That's funny, we have no record of you being here". . I said, well, THAT just confirms why I WON'T be coming back to you. She said ok & hung up.

I really like this office, I transferred from another doctor and Dr. Joshi has been more understanding, and empathetic than the doctor I had before. He answered all my questions. I got an appointment quickly, and felt the staff were appropriately attentive.
