Dr. Mark D. Roudebush, OD

He commit suicide years ago. I made an appointment with him not knowing that the dr I had been seeing for years had sold the business to him. A card informing patients about the change in ownership would've been appropriate and appreciated. He made me feel uncomfortable. He was condescending. He recommended I have my tear ducts plugged and had his staff come in and tell me how uch they loved it. I did not agree to it and he was angry until I agreed to a $1300 treatment that involved putting a placenta in my eye with medicine on it held in with a contact lense. This treatment was to be done one eye at a time. I have never had contact lenses and he did not give me any instructions. He said I could atill drive. I didn't because my vision was impaired. The day came to take the treatment out and the office was closed because of a snow storm. No one called me to tell me they were closed so I went to my appt. They were closed. The treatment was affecting my vision and I was anxious to get it out. Later that day it happened to fall out and I was thrilled. I never rescheduled, no one ever called me to reschedule. I found a new eye doctor. Who said what I had was caused by water proof mascara flaking and getting in my eyes and irritating them. He told me I do not have dry eyes and did not need my tear ducts plugged. It was a few months before my eyes were healed so I could get a new eye glass perscription. I came to the conclusion that he just wanted my insurance money. A friend of mine went to see him not knowing there was a new owner. She had been a patient for many years. He made her feel uncomfortable and made inappropriate comments to her. She never went back. Later we read in the newspaper that he committed suicide.

Dr. Mark Roudebush is tge best eye doc i have been to in my 65 yrs. Of life! So glad i went to him. Ive recommened him to friends!

Great doctor very cool doctor he set's u up with what you need.. so haters f**k off ..good prices on eye wear he works with you to get you set up

He was the best eye doctor I ever had. Miss him greatly.

Do not waste your time going here. The Doctor is very rude and the office is seriously outdated.
