Terrific people! I needed a pair of sunglasses repaired and they fixed my glasses in under 5 minutes. I had the repair pieces with me and they politely declined to let me pay them. Will be back!!

Wonderful boutique eye shop. The staff that works there are amazing at matching you with a pair of frames that make you feel like the coolest person in the room. They have a lot of funky, quirky, stunning designs that you can't find anywhere else.

I'm not even a customer but I will be after this visit. I went to Eye 1 looking for help with my Rudy Project bicycle glasses. When I explained to the associate that I struggle with dizziness with my everyday progressive lenses (I bought somewhere else), she took one look at my face and said, "I think I know what's wrong." She adjusted the nose piece to change the fit and viola, I haven't been dizzy since. Now THAT'S exceptional customer service!

The selection is incredible. Everything from beautiful traditional frames to wild and eccentric. The service is what really puts them in the spotlight. They help with selecting glasses that are right for you and are very knowledgeable about their glasses and the prescriptions that go into them. They are always friendly and helpful. I've been getting my glasses from them and will definitely continue. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality frame and lens combination.

The service at Eye 1 is phenomenal! I visited 6 eyeglasses stores in Ohio (2 in Cleveland, 1 in Dayton, and 3 in Cincinnati) and was impressed with the unique selection of modern designers and frame styles in both the Cinci and Dayton location. At the Dayton location during my first visit, Juanita took well over 2 hours to help me select a frame that fit my high prescription, style, and facial structure. I ultimately did not settle on a frame, and I appreciated the no pressure sales approach. Several months later, when I returned a second time, I worked directly with the owner, David. I selected a Anne & Valentin frame that I was confident would suit my aesthetic and myopic vision. I echo previous reviewers who stated that the service is simply the best and the sales associates (Juanita and Sharon) and the owner, David, take the time to get to know your individual needs. All are exceptionally warm, kind, and patient that the process of finding eye-wear became, dare I say it, became enjoyable. There was an error in my prescription, note my prescription no longer was strong enough and this was neither an error of Eye1 nor the lab, and the staff at Eye1 worked to remedy the issue immediately. I am confident in my selection of Eye1 and felt that the associates went above and beyond to ensure a successful experience! I received numerous compliments on my eyewear, and I am confident in recommending Eye1 to friends and family in the area. I've had the glasses now for about several months and they bring me joy every time I place them on my face in the AM!!

I have purchased 3 paris of glasses from Eye 1. I've always enjoyed my visits there; whether it was for a purchase, browsing, or repairs, the staff here are friendly and knowledgeable regarding their unique eyewear. I think I'm due for a "new" pair !

Just picked up my new Lindberg glasses. Love them. Staff is great. They will spend as much time as necessary to help you pick out the perfect frames for you. They are constantly cleaning and sanitizing the frames and stations. Extremely mask compliant. I have worn their products for over 25 years. I am a long term satisfied customer.
